My oh my. Things sure went down quickly with Matt's dad. I love that there was a fight between them and it's not like it is in other stories. freaking loved the update.

I like the new layout. And Matt needs to stop pestering her, she'll come around when she's comfortable and ready, not as soon as he decides he wants to be with her. Slightly disliking Matt in this chapter, but still love the story!

For them to be together and have any kind of chance at a relationship, Matt needs to know about her past and why she is so guarded. He needs to understand how she feels. But I don't know whether she's ready to open up to him. Maybe she could open up to Brian, he's a stranger to her and it's sometimes easier to talk to a stranger. I hope she doesn't freak out too much.

Probably not the best way to go about things boys, but sweet that they tried. I hope that Brian's words of wisdom stuck in her brain and she gives them some thought.

Loving this! Just read the first seven chapters and I can't wait for more! I hope she does, eventually let Matt in because they're both so miserable and the only cure is each other, but I reckon she's gonna blow up on Matt for this little trick. Looks like Matt's gonna have to do a lot of explaining - that's if she lets him!

And I can relate to Lyn, when all you've experienced in life is pain and insecurity and people letting you down and hurting you its really effin scary to just let go and enjoy good things.
