Is it just me or does anyone else wonder how this girl has held her ground to this point? I mean really - will power is one thing, but putting the brakes on that midnight kiss???? Is the girl insane? It is Sidney Freakin' Crosby!!

Wow.I cant believe she ran away from him! lol. I get it though, im from a small town too, and word always travels super fast about anything, so I could only imagine the magnitude and frustration of this situation they find themselves in. Loved it though, I cant wait for another update:)

I was surprised by Leah's reaction to Sid's kiss! But I have to say, I'm happy that they aren't getting together yet. I like that it's still building slowly.

I'm interested to see where this one goes! On one hand, they both obviously like each other, have admitted it to themselves, and even a little bit to each other. However, they are still restricted by their self placing of each other, and themselves, in the friend zone! I feel like neither of them want anything serious. Sid just wants a taste of the normal life while he waits for the lockout to end, and Leah is only considering doing anything because of the magnifying glass it will put over her in Cole Harbor. At the same time, I think they are both afraid to have anything at all, seeing as Sid is so hesitant to be assertive and Leah freaked so bad over the kiss. Either way, they can't go on in their current state of tension and uncertainty, so I am very excited for the next update!

"Honking. Freakin' hopeless." Viking years. "Still Neal." Tiny pockets. How Taylor got a pair of shoes out of her brother and he didn't notice. The way they both fell asleep in the movie theater. How Taylor asked if they were done cuddling. How Sid brought a freaking chaperon on his not-date to keep it a not-date. Losing his mind. Tragically awkward. Sid was a little pouty. Them holding hands. Her kidding him about not being able to figure out how to get a girl into the bleachers. Biff, biff. James Neal. James Neal would have had Leah on - and under and over- the bleachers.

So, yeah. I laughed and laughed. And when I wasn't laughing, I was grinning maniacally.

Gah, this is such a great story!!! Sid sleeping on her for that movie was so innocent, but I was still thinking how great that would be..lol. Hes like a big puppy-So Timid and unsure...Jeese. Could you imagine if he was really as aggressive off the ice as he is on...that would be so hot.
