I don't think she'll get far if she runs off. Rick will probably stop her. I hope Shane doesn't blab to Lori about Rick and Emily. Shane doesn't have any room to talk. He's being a huge asshole to Emily for no reason, and he needs to stay out of it. She knows Lori and his secret before Rick arrived at camp.
I loved the update! This is getting super amazingly intense!!! I hope you update as soon as you possibly can!
wow that was intense! I wonder how Rick will react to all this once he finds out (Jason hitting her and Shane knowing their secret). Keep up the amazing work, love this story to death <3
@ silk tea. Thanks. :) I understand what you mean. But you've actually stated part of my plan. Since the time they have at the farm is pretty slow, I was actually going to have Emily take a journal entry to talk about what she thinks of the others, etc. It surprises me that you said that. And there was a bit in the story where Emily states that T-Dog is one of the people she's closest to. I believe it's in chapter three, day 62. I'm sure that statement isn't very memorable, though, so I wouldn't blame you and the other readers for forgetting about it. :)
I see what you did there, with the kissing death. The one thing I don't like about this story is that it's basically just telling us what we already know. We don't really get to see any of it or learn about her relationship with any of the characters. The moment with T-Dog was nice but I never even realized they actually spoke until that moment. I'd just like to see a bit more to your character is all. :)
You interchanged between "Sophia" and "Sofia" in that last chapter
The bit with her and T-Dog was interesting. I didn't see that coming, and now I wonder how that'll play out in the future. Looking forward to more soon :)
This is a really interesting concept. I haven't seen a TWD story done like this, nor do I read Rick stories, but I like this story a lot so far. It's different. I can't wait to read more
It honestly is pretty hard. I can't make conversation pieces too long. But I've decided that the conversations that she documents will either be good, memorable moments or traumatizing, hard-to-forget moments (for example, the conversation she had with Jason in the most recent chapter). Thank you for your feedback, though. I'm glad you're enjoying it. :)
You know doing a journal type story is a good idea and yet I feel like it would be difficult. Because you can't really get as detailed and you can't really delve into the emotional depth. It's just someone writing on paper. I still really enjoy this piece though, I'm interested to see what you do with it.
