First, I think you should really get a layout because that always brings the reader in. If you message me privately I'd be happy to direct you to some or even make one for you :D.

The whole dom/sub thing is new to me, but I've found myself liking it more and more, and your story has definitely progressed that! The first chapter definitely pulled me in because of many factors.
1. I liked you you explained Zack's current personality and how Rian changed him after being his sub. I think it's funny how such a big, muscular guy is a sub too!
2. I love Alex's "fuck you" attitude and I'm curious to see how that changes or shapes his relationships with Jack.

However, there are a few things wrong in your story as well. You have a lot of little spelling and grammar issues that are easily fixed by proof reading and using a beta (editor) on the site. There's actually a forum full of them if you go and look that up :D.

Another thing I'm not a fan of is the big, chunky paragraphs that you have. It makes the text really intimidating and look sloppy even though it clearly is lovely! Just break up some of the paragraphs when needed and you should be fine :).

Overall, this story has TONS of potential, and I know you'll carry it out :D!

I figure I should let you guys know what the hold up in... # 1 my Internet if off and has been off this week, also I was on a road trip to cali and didn't want to bring my laptop and write fanfic while my mom and older brother were with me the week before that my Internet was off as well which sucks not to mention I work a ton, technically I'm done with the chapter but have no fear, I'm going to my moms on Friday and she has Internet so I will sent it to my lovely beta and get it updated ASAP anyways just thought you guys should know
