Dude don't worry - I haven't updated for more than a month, and I'm STILL failing with revision :XD

Okay, I am back! For a while, at least. I remember where we left off, with Frank’s life on the line…I hope he’s all right. He’d better be. They didn’t just make up to have Frank go and get killed!

I nearly throw up when I realise the pale blob is none other than Frank.
Skidding down the hill shakily, I rush over to them. My eyes refuse to focus and I struggle to take in Frank, only seeing the white of his body, the black of his clothing and the... the red... the red of his...
“No...” I whisper and I hear a distant scream of, “Gerard!” from behind me, and the night fades.
Who would hurt Frank like this? I’m getting angry just thinking about it. Why? Everything was so nice and calm…except for Matt. I’m gonna kill him. He’s number one on the list now. I mean, yeah Jepha (if that’s his name) didn’t like Frank, but he never tried to hurt him…I think. Matt has almost killed Frank, now. At least, I’m assuming it’s Matt. Dumb fucker.

I’m half saddened from Gerard’s pain, but I’m kinda happy because it shows just how much he cares. This does not sound like someone who’s boyfriend of a couple of days who’s just been harmed. It sounds like they’ve been together for years. But there’s a time and place for everything, and right now Frank’s life is in danger.

“You were a bit out of it... a lot out of it,” he sighs. “You went crazy... after we found Frank...”
I can only imagine. O.o

“Gerard, don’t start again,” Mikey says worriedly, pressing his palm against my forehead. “You were so wound up Ray and I had to stop you from breaking into the operating room—”
“FRANK WAS IN THE OPERATING ROOM?!”
Hahaha! :lmfao Snap out of it, Gerard! Hahaha XD I like how everything was like an instinct for him, to make sure Frank was okay. It was after that was done that he allowed himself to pass out. Mikey should tell him why Frank’s in the Operating Room. Part of me wants to know, and the other part is scared.

“He has a broken nose and two fractured ribs with a large puncture wound to the left of his stomach. We believe the wound was caused by a dagger of some sort, or a kitchen knife. There was extensive bleeding, so it needs to be sewn up immediately.”
I still can’t get over the fact that Frank was hurt that badly. Surely Matt can’t be that stupid. Gerard’s gonna kill him, isn’t he? I can see it now…

“Just one thing...” He hesitates, and then says it in a quick mutter: “I’m really sorry about what happened.”
Aw, Mikey! He’s off the list of bad-guys for sure now. He cares about Frank because he’s realized that Gerard cares about Frank, and that’s good enough for me. I feel exactly the way Gerard feels about it all and it makes me extremely happy as well :D Yay…minus the fact that Frank is suffering in a room nearby.

Ray is so random. All of a sudden he feels like cutting his hair? Now is definitely not the time and place for that. Frank could die, and he’s there cutting his hair. He loves his hair, too. I wonder why he’d want to have the urge to cut it now. He’s being awfully weird about it too. I wonder…

Ray’s acting all fishy. He seems like he’s on another planet, not even worrying about Gerard and how he’s feeling. He just got up and left. Sure, he may be feeling good (for whatever reason) but he should still keep in his mind the fact that Gerard is going through an incredibly hard time right now, and act accordingly. I dunno…I didn’t like how he was acting, lol. I wonder who was outside the bathroom that made him so happy…

I want to read the next update, figure out what’s going on with Frank, how Karen will react, and how Jeph will react. What’s more, I want Frank to be alright. I want to figure out who beat him up. Gerard should hold out on wanting to beat someone up, and wait for Frank to wake up and tell him, so he kills the right person. I’ll help him, if he needs help…you know ;) It’s not his fault for anything. Don’t feel that way, Gerard. You’ll figure out who hurt him. And once that happens…

*gives a menacing look* Hahaha.

poor gerard. so, he went into a crazy/blackout period :( i feel sooo bad for him. and frank too, geez.

and i was thinking matt, but now that i saw someone else's comment i might have to change my mind. she said it was either matt or ray. you want us to think matt, i'm sure lol. but now i'm thinking ray because he was going to shave his fro, which would be the only recognizable thing about him in the dark...

question is why? he and frank got along great, as did he and gerard. unless he has hidden feelings about gerard and was pissed that frank got in the way of the two of them being together (in his head at least). hmmm, i need another chapter to confirm my accusations haha :p

first of all i wanted to say how well written this is!! the descriptions are brilliant and i love the plot. you gave me misty eyes a fair few times haha.

and i knew something was going to happen to frank. when i read gerard screaming that line at matt "as long as frank lives i'll never be with you" (or something along those lines) the phrase "frank lives" caught my attention. then, like the little morbid person i am haha, was waiting for something to happen, and bingo, he's attacked.

i have a strong feeling that it's matt, but i'm also thinking that that's what you want us to think hahah.

but anyways, hopefully you'll update soon. i'm in love with this story!! i actually read it cause it was underneath my own in shanda's update of prisoner. she's amazing too and how fitting that my comment's below her's :)
