Since I am undergoing withdrawal I am rereading The Right Thing. How long before you start posting your new story? (I mean this in the nicest way possible; I just need more of your writing!)
@ Jayess Wow. I'm touched! julietfalls is a favorite author of mine. I wouldn't put myself up there with her, but to have that comparison is certainly an honor! Thank you so much for reading!
Happy Birthday. Sid! I hope you have someone as wonderful as Bronwyn by your side today!
The last chapter was so beautiful. You do a great job of showing and not telling. The vows were beautiful. It was all just well done.
This was such a wonderful, satisfying story. I hope you don't mind the comparison but I think you've written yourself up there with julietfalls in my top two authors on Mibba (and you in only two stories!). I suspect I'll be reading this one again and again. Thank you.
I love it. The last chapter wrapped up the beginning of their love story so perfectly. I'm really looking forward to what you have in store for them for the sequel...I'd love to see how the fans and media handle NHL's golden boy sneaking off to get married without ever introducing his girl to the public.
I really, really love this story. It's so well written and very believable. I think Sid is right, even if Wyn had stayed in Minnesota and not gone to Boston, I do think they'd have met there instead. When two people are meant to be together, they'll meet regardless, I truly believe that.
Hope the wedding might be wonderful and beautiful at the same time. Just cant wait for the wedding. They are a very cute couple:)) great story. So happy to read a story that clean and dont have so many bad words;))
I'm late in reading the last three chapters. Ch. 19 Sid's got the right of it. I like to tell brides and grooms who are overwhelmed by the wedding planning that the only thing one _needs_ to get married is one's groom/bride, an officiant, a marriage license, and witnesses/etc as required by law. Everything else is merely details and purely gravy. What's important at the end of the day is that one is married to the person one loves. It's hard to remember that, though, when in the middle of planning. But seriously, it's a crappy relationship if the pageantry and frippery of the wedding is the pinnacle of one's married life.
Although, really, if one can afford a wedding planner, by all means utilize one, it can make life much easier.
Love it, their parties was eventful poor Troy tho having a bad time but thn again he shouldn't have gone along with Mario but it's whatever the bachelor party is over, I'm so excited for the wedding and the honeymoon and the sequel; can't wait to read more update as soon as u can :)
