Sorry to all readers. As of the upsetting SERIOUSLY FUCKING UPSETTING end of Children Of Earth I don't think it's possible for me to complete this story. I just re read the first chapter and shook a little at how similar it was to the scene. Cry

But don't worry, I will be working on a new Torchwood story and I WILL bring Ianto back. If S4 doesn't happen then I'll make the show live on through fic.

I think all Torchwood fans need this right now so... :arms: ILY all

    I'm glad you like it.
I actually haven't worked on this fic in a while, life gets in the way of things, but I'll try and see if I can pick it up. :cute:

    Caro!:
    Oh. My. God.

That's all I can say for now. OMFG.

Gwen is a BITCH! =O I never thought I could hate her but now I could punch her.
Hiding Ianto from Jack?! How horrible is that? God!

I love how you go inside of Jack's mind. It's different from the series on that but still it stays close to it.

    You are amazing.
Thanks! I'm glad you like it. And everytime someone says I stayed close to character it makes me happy.

There won't be an update for a while though. Mixture of my broken computer and Hurricane Gustav. (I live in New Orleans)

Wow, I'm not sure I can think of any words to express what this story makes me feel, I do enjoy Torchwood so much, and I think the way you're writing it is wonderfully true to the feel of the show, the descriptions are wonderful nand insightful. I love how Gwen seems to have ulterior motives, and what sort of person could keep someone's love from them like that? It really makes you wonder.

I really can't wait to see what happens with this story, so please update soon. It'll make my day.
Thanks, I'm glad you like my story, especially about the "staying true to the feel of the show" bit. =D I was a bit worried about that.

I really want to write the next part but my comp is broken beyond repair and I have to wait till my bday to get a new one. (Aug 17th) I'll be writing like a fiend by then so this should be updated in a month-month and a half. Sorry for the wait guys....

    :cheese: YAY FOR IANTO.
First of all, Gwen seems like she's already gotten over Ianto, how she put the coffee taste out of her mind and didn't want to believe he had woken up. I too, am wondering why exactly she wants Jack to open up, and why now. She knows that he's not exactly human, doesn't react to things like she does, and I just want to know what Gwen thinks he's hiding from her.

I already have so many ideas for what Gwen's planning to tell Ianto, if anything. And I was thinking about this story a couple days ago for some reason.

Mm, so wonderful. Can't wait for more.
I'm glad you like it enough to think about it.
It takes me awhile to write the next parts because I have a LOT of stories going on at the same time but I really love this one.

I have the story planned out but certain things can be changed if I don't like the way it's going.

Oh, random thing: Does anyone RP on AIM? I miss RPing Janto a lot so, anytakers?

    Shit man.

Why does Gwen want Jack to open up excatly? What does she want to know?

I don't really like this emotional Jack. He seems to human sort of thing, it's odd. He's never supposed to seem human, He's always the leader that stays brave and encourages everyone and gives them hope. Now that's gone and it just doesn't seem right.

I want to know what's going on in Gwen's head. I'm unsure if she's complete sane and normal herself, the death of her two friends and all may have driven her slightly odd too. Which may be why she want's Jack to open up or something...

    I have no idea.

But it's good, in a way, that Ianto has woken up. But possibly bad for him is Gwen tells him Jack's gone or something, and continutes telling Jack that Ianto's gone and things.

    Great update, more soon, yeah?
I'm really glad you like it, I've been working hard on it.
I dunno when the next part will be finished, I've run into a bit of a snag.

I did write a new one-shot though, Ianto-centric dealing with his beliefs during the time that Jack was gone pre-S2 if you want to read it.

Okay so I was going to comment when I read the chapter but it was like six in the morning and I was convinced I wasn't making any sense. I digress.

I can see Gwen's point of view, I mean, in some crazy way she is trying to help Jack. What if Ianto did die? Wouldn't it just hurt Jack more?

Oh well. At least there's that tiny tiny little chance that Ianto's alive? Maybe?
    :D
    Maybe...
and sorry I can't say anything more than that tonight. I met Green Day like...an hour ago and I think I might have a seizure. lol

    Ouch!
Gwen seems a bit of a bitch in this...

Though I can see her reasoning...
Plus, if she told Jack he was alive, and Ianto never woke up, that would be even worse, what with the waiting.

    Poor Jack : (
You're the first of my readers to actually understand Gwen. lol. The farthest others have gone was to call her a crazy bitch.

    I'm glad you're liking it.
