I JUST WANT ZAYN AND BILLIE TO FALL IN LOVE IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK :'(

I've had a friend tell me that she enjoys reading One Direction au's that involve one or more of the guys being douche bags, and now I can sort of see why. I'm glad that you haven't tried to rush anything with Zayn's and Billie's relationship. Mrs. Fields is a woman I think everyone should definitely have in their lives. She's going to be the one to set them up, right? Or maybe she'll bring up a "sweet, beautiful new girl" to Zayn's family. There must still be some gossip about Zayn between Mrs. Fields and the Malik family. I can picture the Malik family meeting up together for the first time after such a long break with Zayn's arm around Billie's shoulder or waist, though he'd still be headstrong about not having anything going on between them. I'm also a little curious about what's going to happen with the notebook she bought on the day she found out who he is... or was. I'm thinking big fight if it's found, but maybe it'd play out differently and he'd open up to her?

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! This is such a cute story so far. It's something so entirely different than the loads of 1D fanfiction I've seen on this website, and I really appreciate that. I also like the angle that you took that when she did find out who he was, it didn't change things. And when he spilled coffee on her, it wasn't cute - it was a real accident. That's what I like most about this story - it's so real. Your work with indirect characterization is also very impressive - there's no Oh, and his creamy like blah blah brand of caramel eyes that perfectly matched the undertones of his shirt, but rather all of your characters are described by what they do, say, and think. I think that you could develop how you set scenes a bit more - add a little imagery, but overall, this is a fantastic story! Definitely subscribing, even though I'm not a 1D fan.

Ohhh, I loved that first interaction between Billie and Zayn, it was perfect! From the getgo I can tell their chemistry is going to be interesting, even if he was kind of an ass to her, haha. I’m not a 1D fan (I do like the fact that they treat their fans well, though) but that hasn’t stopped me from understanding or enjoying the story itself, and even though Zayn doesn’t seem like the nicest guy here, I do see where he’s coming from. I can’t imagine his situation being good for his stress levels, but I hope he and Billie eventually get along. The coffee shop chapter made me smile, despite the fact that Zayn accidentally physically hurt her; I loved the imagery and how you described the shop. I’m glad it didn’t end on a bad note, either. c:

In chapter 5, when Ashley was filling Billie in on One Direction and how they broke up, it struck me that it would be so weird if they actually did break up. o_O Anyways, great job with this! Heck, count me in as a new subscriber!

So I have to admit, I'm not a 1D fan so I don't always know too much about them but I have to say I really like the idea of the story, so funny to see a different side of the usual prince charming ideals haha. It's refreshing to be honest, opens up a new prospective and the dialogue is just funny between her and Zayn. Makes you curious as to why he has all these emotions bottled up and why the band broke up in the first place. All in all, it was entertaining thus far, looking forward to an update :)

Okay, so FIRST OF ALL: I love your layout. I love the colors, I think it's really pretty and flowing and it fits the story a lot in a way that I can't explain, really. But I love it. It's really pretty to look at, but it's not so pretty that I find myself staring at it instead of the story.

But how could I stare at the background when I have this magnificent piece to read?! Seriously. I'm not a fanfiction kind of girl, neither am I really attuned to the craze about One Direction, but I didn't even realize it was a fanfiction, apart from reading the band name and the character name. But, it's just so professional and put together and your descriptions are beautiful and you just paint this picture. And Billie. I love Billie. Props to Billie. She is my girl, she is so sassy and awesome.

I really enjoyed this as a whole and I wasn't sure I would have. But, oh my gosh, am I so glad I got to read this. You are an amazing writer and I would definitely read more of this. Keep on keeping on!

Yo . . . yo . . . this is SICK. I love that Billie is so sassy and it's not one of those "oh we met once but we're madly in love" stories because those get so old, you know? And I feel so bad for Zayn, his self-loathing is so relateable and well-written, my poor baby :( I'm really interested in finding out what happened between the boys, and hopefully the other four will make an appearance soon????? Wink wink???

Anyways, I subscribed, so expect a lot more weird comments from me in the future. Love this!

Candy bowl!! I read the first couple of chapters and I must say I'm very impressed!! This story is really good and I like the direction you took with it. I don't know much about One Direction, but I do at least know most of their names lol. Anyway Billie is spunky, funny and just plain awesome! Zayn might take some getting used to, but he's interesting as well lol. I love your descriptions and I think you are doing a great job! Btw, I subscribed and recommended this. I know I didn't need to do that, but I figured I would since your story was so well written. Happy Mibbaween! :)

I'm only going to comment on a few chapters but I do plan on subbing to this story :)
I haven't read one direction fan fiction in a year so it's nice seeing that not everyone is doing to typical. I love the idea of what would happen if they did split up and went their own ways, and seeing how Zayn is doing in the aftermath. I really like Billie already she's an amazing character and up right attitude, not caring what is being said to her and not afraid to tell someone off.

Can't wait to read more because this is great and all I can see is Zayn looking like a bull with smoke coming out of him XD

Emmy, sorry for getting to your treat a bit late. Stuff got in the way but I'm here now. Aha this whole story is really amusing. I find it funny that Billie didn't recognize Zayn at first glance, and their many arguments, I was laughing really hard. You gotta feel bad for Zayn though. He's hating himself and it makes me wonder what happened between him and the others. This whole cafe scene is amazing and a bit funny. I hope Billie is alright though.

I might come back and leave a better comment later on. I just can't think atm. Thanks for suggesting the story though. I really loved reading it and I will continue reading it. :)

I have a feeling the next chapter will be where Zayn explains why he's acting like a dick and gives his side of the "why 1D broke up" story.

i finally got around to this! i love the title of this story bc it makes me wonder + the layout is perf. i was like "ayyeeeeee 1D!" but imo, the summary is absolutely perfect. it starts off harsh & without question while the reader is like "o.o" bc they want to know wtf is going on. that's how i feel atm.

i love the emotion portrayed in the first chapter. tho it's short, it's filled from start to finish of nothing less than a life changing (punch line of the ending chap) & i think you started this off perfectly! good job

I love this already, that Zayn is such an ass. You can tell it's all a facade obviously, that he still is a nice, caring man but that he's broken Also I love the way you write, really makes it more interesting to read ^^

Zayn is such an ass sometimes - Billie knows what's up. I honestly cannot stand smoking, so he definitely would have pissed me off too. That was very inconsiderate of him! I love that she told him off Not too many people would have the balls to do that, so major props to her! Especially since she'd have to look at Zayn's sexy face the whole time she did it! I'm already rooting for her and these two seem like they are going to have quite the...um...interesing journey

I can't wait for you to really get into this, since it's just starting off. I'm really curious as to why Zayn broke up the band.
