Please update!!!!

I was shocked to see this was updated, just because I don't normally read a lot on Mibba anymore! And I remember loving this story so much, so it's exciting to have it back up again! I'm excited to see more of Katie and Nikolai together. I liked seeing his perspective, but of course I like the mystery of Nikolai coming from Katie's POV. And I love the little details, like Nikolai's eyes being two-tone and Katie not being able to help because she doesn't understand all the other languages. I hope we will get to see her find her place in the position fairly quickly!

Two chapters since I last checked - they were both awesome! I liked hearing Nikolai’s perspective, but I’d say if you are more comfortable with Katie’s perspective then stick with that. I’ve seen many authors first their story in one perspective and then come back and either write a series of short stories or the entire story again in another perspective. I think that could be a great compromise for you

Was so excited to see two updates! I immediately jumped to read them. I thought you wrote Nikolai's perspective wonderfully, I really enjoyed that scene. I'm so happy to see you're continuing this story, its certainly one of my favorites!

I'm liking the rewrite a lot! Can't wait for the next chapter, it is nice to see things from Nikolai's perspective.

Oh my God! You're reworking this masterpiece! I didn't think that it needed it, but I really do like the changes that I've noticed so far in the first two chapters.

Congrats on finishing Grad school! I totally understand it taking a lot out of you, but I'm so glad that you're back to writing! I absolutely LOVE this story, and I really, really hope that you are able to update soon! The whole premise of this story is so unique and fantastic and striking, and your prose is beautiful and provokes so many emotions.

I can't wait to re meet Nikolai!

I got so excited when they were talking about Nikolai! I remember him from the first time around, and I can't wait to see him again lol. The chapter was really dialogue heavy, but it definitely helped set the scene for what she's walking into! There was one point where Katie says "your right" rather than "you're right," but that was really the only thing that caught my attention!

Otherwise, I really can't wait for more chapters. I'm too impatient to read one chapter at a time.

Really liked the chapter! I thought Katie got a little hotheaded with her cousin early on and then backtracked just as quickly, so that bit of dialogue felt a bit forced, but overall I love how intricate the backstory is! And I love the capacity for growth that Katie has. She just accepted this offer before knowing what it really is, and now we're going to get to watch her (quickly) grow up!

I'm excited!
