KITTY! I would honestly love a wittle kitty if I didn't have a very territorial puppy lol. Anyway this chapter definitely is showing that Chris is trying his hardest to make things work and Amery is really taking everything into consideration. The kids definitely were happy with having a pet around the house, it definitely does ease the loneliness if you got a pet around to make things better. I honestly cannot wait to see what else is in store for this story. Also, don't worry about the dry spell they honestly happen to everyone.April 1st, 2015 at 06:27pm

this was a lovely update!
i really enjoyed reading that in sort of Rain's POV and the flashback was so cute, i really liked it.
it still saddens me that Chris is always gone and i hope Rain will do alright.

I finally caught up *throws confetti* :D Caleb is a tool, chris is a tool, Amery is a tool, and rain is a tool. Eliza and devin are cool though. I mean I get that chris is trying but he's not willing to sacrifice anything and Amery is refusing every attempt he makes to make things right. Caleb is grown and needs to stop behaving like a douche.
It was nice getting to see a glimpse into Rain's past. She behaves with chris the way Caleb acted with Amery when he was little. :)February 6th, 2015 at 07:18am -

I'm kind of 50-50 as to where I think this could go. On one hand, it could definitely surprise me and go in a direction that is without their constant bickering and Chris being a dick then Amery being a bitch in retaliation, but then it could also go exactly that way and they'll end up fighting again or something. Only time shall tell, as they say.
