Awaiting Redemption - Comments

I absolutely love how calm she is despite all the drama and chaos going on around her. I feel sorry for her mother to have been left and rejected so many times by the same man. The way the mother must love him, despite everything, is beautiful and sad all at once. I'm not sure she will receive the warm welcome she expects to, but maybe I'm just a little skeptical about it. I am wondering what will happen next, because it is such an open ending, but I am sure whatever happens won't disappoint me.

Yes! Sorry for the long wait, in between school and all of my other stories, I haven't had a lot of time or energy to concentrate on a single story at a time. Now that it's summer, I'm expecting to write more. It should be out soon :) Thanks!

Well, this is definitely new. I've never seen anything like this before, and I must say I was very surprised. BUt, I love Narnia so any fan fiction affiliated with it gets thumbs up from me!

The layout and banner is gorgeous, it's simple and yet really effective. I especially adore the banner, did you make that? Serious skills, hun.

Anyway, onto the actual writing!

I like how you devled straight into the storyline - although I might have liked a more thorough introduction for the main character, the fact that she had already been transported back to Narnia within the first two paragraphs got me all excited. :]

It had become an annual thing for me... sort of.

Is it weird that I got super happy when I read that line? I like the idea that she has a bit of experience, rather than just being randomly zapped there or something. It proposes the theory that maybe she has some sort of special purpose.

Now, my time has come again. I pencil-dived down the hole in the Earth and awaited the welcoming that I was sure to receive. After all, why else would I have been called back if not out of need? Why, I do not know... shall we find out?

Hmm, although I must say I'm not fond of stories that constantly change P.O.V's (it gets rather confusing after a while), this worked quite well with the storyline. Your writing is fabulous, and this is very intriguing. I like Andrea's character a whole lot, she's rather... spunky. I can't find the right word, but I love her.

Anyway, this was very good, and I am subscribing! I have also recommended it. Good job!

This was not what I was expecting, in a very good way. The way you've written the plot is just ahsjka, it's so good. It goes along with the original perfectly. And, I love, love, love Narina, so this makes it like a dream or something. I don't even know other than it's perfect. Plus, the theme is perfect.

Ooh Damn. How long before this is finished? The thing I found most out of place is a unicorn being called a horse, and being treated as one. In Narnia, a talking Animal is just as much a person as a human. I find it interesting that the two main characters loved a pair of siblings. Andrea has an interesting view of Susan, while Caspian's is perfectly illustrated. You have done a good job working with the original plot to create your own, as I like to think I did, and you more so than I. The wolves are a nice touch, though I rather find it offensive that ALL the dwarves had gone. Trumpkin wouldn't have! Do you mean all of the black dwarves? The paintings on the wall stirred up some interesting emotions, both in Andrea and hour reader. I would love for you to read my Narnia story as well- yours reminded me so much of mine! It's a oneshot, and completed. Update soon!

Okay, so I can't remember if I commented on this before.. Honestly I had to read the long summary to recall the story at all.. But I did and made the "oh yeah".. So yeah...

It's still as good as I remember. Well written, good writing style, believable characters with good interaction between them all, creative plot and event line, good time line and some other things I can't remember to mention at this very moment.

Hmm... Still really liking this story and I think I'll stick with it.

Alrighty, just finished reading chapter 5 and I already love it! I absolutely adore the Narian series and though I'm not familiar with the OC, I still really like this :) I like how you had Andy and Peter have a relationship and I'm kind of sad that Caspian (as much as I love him) is going to come between them eventually. But what about Susan? Her and Caspian have a thing going... So many thoughts! I don't know if you've answered any of these in the future chapters that I have yet to read but I look forward to finding out! :)
One thing I did want to comment on was your spelling and grammar, which was perfect. I felt like the story flows really nicely and I look forward to reading more :)

Lovely, just lovely. Fantastic narration! It's quite humorous and playful. I think you've portrayed Caspian very well. The plot is well paced and very well constructed. The characters are likable and the story is funny and exciting!
