The whole story was just so cute and interesting to read. Everytime I went to another sentence, I seek to read the next, and the next, and the next.
I was just wondering what Lena was doing throwing corn kernels outside. :lmfao The whole distilling part of the beginning was transformed into some puzzling, humorous, and yet adorable bubble of miniscule proportions.
The end is what made me feel all mushy inside the most. It was so cute how Lena started to be all flirtatious and Gee kept on hesitating. And the whole thing ended (as I should say) in a dozen roses. (:
And I am so not reviewing this because I wanted to test your writing ability. :file:
I'm not usually a fanfic reader, but this was quite good. I liked the summary, I thought it was interesting.
I really liked the female character in this. She reminded me of Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter books. xD I mean, really. but she's really cute. And somehow believable.
I also like how at the beginning you have "The letter he had just sent would, he knew, permanently damage the world." Great line. Makes you wonder what the hell he's done, you know? Mysterious. (:
But my favourite part is: "I'd comfort you if you were sad. I would smile for you when you needed it. I would sing you to sleep. I would make you a fire to keep out the cold." ^_^ so cute.
And the ending was good too. Oh and your spelling and grammar was nice as well.
That was a cute story. Just goes to show that kindness can go a long way. I really enjoyed the detailed simplicity of the one-shot, if that makes sense...
