I love Eric. I feel bad for John though. Having to raise two boys on his own. I really hope the mom had a really good reason for leaving because it seemed like from what John said, she was real excited to start a fam.

Dear, how you got me addicted to this story with only 2 chapters is beyond me...

OMG SHE RAN AWAY!!!! First I thought the mom died during labour, but of course there's a plot twist, right? I don't know how a parent can leave their children (as scariest as it is to have them), mostly a mother! I mean there's post-partum depression, but leaving without a note, a goodbye,... just ignoring a human being that was inside your womb for nine fucking months?! someone that depends on you so vitally?! That's cruel.

I don't understand how someone could just up and leave their newborn babies. I hope we get to learn what made her do it. This is so good.
