The way their relationship is developing is perfect. It's just a nice slow burn. And the fact Trav is willing to dance with Cody just because he's probably annoyed other people are that close to her is great.

The party scene was done well. Cody interacting with other people that aren't the boys was interesting. It's easy to see that she's not 100% into it. And Travis saving her was wonderful.

I like how subtle he is too, and the fact that Cody somehow hasn't realized what she means to him.

I don't even want her to leave for break on account of Travis not being there.

I'm really happy with how Cody played Jack off. He's kind of annoying though, like how does he not get the hint that Cody's not interested in him? Or maybe he does and just doesn't care. Either way I'm surprised Code hasn't just completely dumped him.

Travis is hilarious like always. I quite enjoy how he goes about doing things.

Can't wait for the next chapter, I feel like you've got something coming.

Go Grandma! Esther is so great. The fact she just tried to have the sex talk with Cody is hilarious. I know I wouldn't want my grandma to have THAT talk with me.

I really enjoyed this chapter. It was very easy going. It was refreshing to see their family dynamic too, especially after seeing what Travis' family was like.

The part with Shay was a bit nerve wracking 'cause I thought he was going to put his foot in his mouth, but he didn't. I'm sure Wes and Charlie will probably talk about that on their drive home, or at least talk about how things went, if they do talk, which you won't showcase but it's nice to think about.

i still don't see the big issue about them being a victim trav and fam...? is it because they didn't come home and went there instead?

I really loved this update. My favorite line is totally looking as though we’d just sacrificed someone for Satan right in front of her. I forgot how much I liked Esther.

Charlie's reaction to Travis was perfect. I have a feeling that he's going to come up again when they go out for food. It did surprise me that he remembered him though.

The interaction with Wes was great to read too. He's definitely feeling all big-brotherly, especially with his warning to her, which feels a bit fore-shadowy.

i mean all they gotta do is say they're friends with Chloe and Travis

You really showcased how Travis has moved on from what happened with his mother really well, and even though he has I did sense a tiny bit of bitterness about how she is now living her life. And then add his reaction to what Charlie did when their mom left, that was gold. I just love how they're sharing things like this, it has such a natural feel. I can't wait for them to be a real couple

And now the family is coming down and THEY AREN'T EVEN AT THE DORMS! It's so intense and exciting and I kind of hope that they get to meet Travis, especially Wes 'cause I can see that being entertaining to see. Let alone what Charlie will have to say, or Esther!

So Travis' family is adorable. I know their dad must be upset they're not there for Thanksgiving but this is really just too adorable. I really can't wait for the next update and sorry it took me so long to do so! Great chapter darling :)

Have I ever told you that I love the fact that Travis is anything but a gentleman, it's refreshing. And I can totally see where Travis gets his sense of humor from, his father is awesome.

Honestly, even though you're not a fan of this chapter, it's good. It's a foundation for future interactions between Cody and Ramsy and the rest of Travis' family.

Now just to wait and see what comes next.

well now I'm pissed because I forgot to comment on the chapter before this but the race scene was written VERY well! I was so freaking nervous when Cody wouldn't get in the car because I know how serious it could be. and then she jumps in with Travis?! wtf. but then freaking BENJI.

and the nervous waiting? totally understandable. completely. I know they need to go and lay low while the cops are coming but holy freaking hell I was nervous for Cody. ugh. it was cute though, their interactions afterward and how he just covered her up. I really want them to just be a thing. like now. it was cute how neither of them considered a relationship with the other but now I really really just REALLY want them together UGH. and especially if they're going to continue to talk about things like sex. it needs to happen. UGH.

Hey, I haven't been on mibba in a really really long time (years, actually) and I saw your story on the main page when I logged in and I just read all the chapters in a single morning when I should be working lol, that's how much I loved it!
I'm loving it so far, not just the plot, but I really like the way you've been building the characters, especially Cody. I love that she has a strong personality and she sticks to her opinions and beliefs, and is not just a damsell in distress. Can't wait to see how her relationship with Travis develops now that she knows his "secret" (and can I just say I died on chapter 14 when he kissed her? Pleeeeease!!!! We need more of that) ❤

i understand this whole... lifestyle is nowhere near her element but she doesn't/didn't have to freak out like she did. the boys obviously know what they're doing, she needs to relax and trust them.
personally, i love travis. they've challenged each other with a kiss, i want them to challenge each other with more. they don't even have to do much if anything, just somelike.... hip grinding hahahaha
