As soon as her boss said "2010 is gonna be your year, kid," my heart dropped. I realized the timeline (or was reminded) and knew what was coming. It didn't help that I was listening to "Godspeed" by Alter Bridge at the same time...

I adore this story, and I am eagerly awaiting the next update, even if I know I'm going to cry -- again.
