At the end of the game last night, they kept showing Sad James on the Preds' bench. My husband looks up from his magazine, sees James, and says, "There's your buddy...looking stupid!" Uh, yeah, whatever...

I am jealous that your husband is so awesome! I dragged mine to see the Preds in Pittsburgh twice and I think he went out of his way to be rude the whole time. Boo. I was afraid to go down by the ice for warmups -- I didn't know what I'd find when I got back to my seat!!

Nice update -- and I agree, I can't imagine how James has to feel about playing the Pens. As always, ready for more!!

I'm really excited for the bonus chapters.

Mine is starting to come around on hockey (after 16 years together). He even willingly let me plan our anniversary trip to Nashville this year and suggested Vegas for next year. When we went to Nashville for two games this year, he wouldn't sit next to me during warmups because he knew I'd be swooning hard. Still didn't stop me from turning around and hitting his knee to say oh my god a thousand times. And he just ignored me every time I took a stretching video.

Cute and funny update. And more chapters? Count me in!

I was lucky -- my hockey-hating (and especially Neal-hating) husband was not in the room for that closeup yesterday. His loss -- ha ha. At least I could enjoy it openly and not have to pretend that I'm not looking!!

I maybe smacked my husband in the arm, swooned, and told him how hot my boyfriend is. Luckily he is very used to this with me. I swoon over Pekka and PK too and oh lord you should have heard me when they showed shirtless Craig Smith just before puck drop!

I really enjoyed writing the interactions with their friends. It's fun to explore that side of their relationship.

Love all the interaction with their friends. I thought of you when the did a close up of James during the national anthem. All that ginger beard beauty was breathtaking!!!

Their friends are hilarious. everyone knew they should be together just that they were too closed off to see it. Love love Paul. he was a really good friend to James throughout his ordeal of seeing Alex with other guys. Love PK love them all

Now to see who they'll play in the final. I'm a Pens fan, but I'm almost hoping for Ottawa to make it easier for me (still mega-burned over the trade). I'm not sure my heart can take James and Geno in the handshake line no matter who wins...

I am pretty sure three quarters of the hockey fandom wants to be friends with PK. I just adore him. If I could figure out a story idea for him I'd be all over it.

I wasn't sure Pekka let her off too easy -- I kind of thought maybe he was shocked and didn't react much, or maybe he kind of knew all along? Or it's all the yoga zen stuff! ;) Anyway, great job as always!
