its almost like he is too nice, he's too accepting and understanding. It's weird, in the same way she was kind of robotic with her emotions regarding Gerard. Adrian is the same way and is happy with any and everything happening.

There's something about Adrian that sort of unsettles me, I don't know what it is... Glad to see her actually feeling something for what happened between her and Gerard

Adrian is kind of weird, what kind of man dates a woman that he knows is in love with someone else and is seemingly fine with it?

I think Adrian is nice, he's a little boring In my opinion and definitely the safe option which I guess is what she was looking for but I am a firm believer in dont marry someone you can live with,marry the one you can't live without. And i think Gerard is her lobster (friends reference lol).

Adrian is nice and safe and he's there and he's willing to do anything to stay with her and make their relationship work but in the end the heart wants what the heart wants and her heart is screaming for Gerard and their will only be so long she can fool herself into thinking otherwise.

i hate when the new boyfriend is actually nice cos it makes it so hard to hate him.

Glad that he voiced his feelings. She didn't act like she cared for him at all and moved on like what they had meant so little to her. I hope that she actually gives him this time, she brushed things under the carpet and moved on with Adrian who seems like a great guy

I'm glad he finally got the Chance to voice his thoughts to her, keeping it all in was just gonna make him go crazy and now she knows how much she hurt him hopefully she will start acting less like she has been and more like she actually cares about him even if she doesn't and or didn't love him. And I hope she realises the error of her ways now that he wont be around pining for her. I just hope he doesn't make the mistake of getting into a relationship because he's desperate to move on. Meet people and date absolutely but whilst he is still hung up on Ella it wouldn't be right to drag someone else into the situation.

Yes Leo, no more sparing Ariella's feelings, Gerard is the one that got dumped while she moved on no problem. It's about time Geri got some sympathy. I just want to hug him and tell him he deserves better.

No she's lost him as a friend. I guess she doesn't know what she has until it's gone. This might make her fight for Gerard and learn not to be scared.

It's so tough for Gerard. is she even feeling anything about their breakup?

I completely agree. I just cant see them making it through this and giving things another go.

@ Jayme112234 I agree, she's coming off as cold and indifferent. Like Gerard is just doing what he can to make it through his days the best he can and she's skipping down the street with her new love like her life is amazing.

Being completely honest Ariella isn't my favourite character of yours, I feel like she is playing Gerard a little bit. Like she dated him realised his world didn't revolve around her so left him for someone that apparently is willing to break his neck to make her happy. Then she thought Gerard would just fall in line with her decisions and be all happy and jumping for joy for her. And then she goes out of her way to comfort him and then leaves cos oh yeah she has a boyfriend. It isn't fair to Gerard and Ariella should just stay away from him and allow him to get over their break up and not have her there rubbing his face in just how quickly she got over him and moved on. Maybe she isn't doing it on purpose but inviting her new boyfriend to his match? Thats cold. I dont see them ever building any kind of friendship now when Ariella doesn't seem to care about anything but her and Adrian.

Gerard and I have the same mind lol, she knew him before she dated him ita unreasonable to expect him to change for her. I think Gerard probably loved her more than she loved him and that was the problem.

Honestly don't think their friendship can survive the break up. Gerard's clearly miserable and Ariella isn't making this any easier for him

A few months in and all he gets is "nice"?. Not sure he's setting her world alight lol, I think she has more chemistry with Gerard but that's just my opinion. I hope she sees the error of her ways soon and her and Gerard get back together. You cant build a relationship and future on "nice".

I meant to say if they have been friends for such a long time then wouldn't she know about Gerard's inability to be on time? So why did it become a huge issue in their relationship? And also was their another reason she dumped him? Cos all I got is that he was always late, but that's the dumbest reason ever to dump someone so I'm wondering what else.

I think that she got scared cos they were getting serious, like they had been together a while and things start to change and maybe she got scared and instead of vocalizing that she picked the first thing she could think of and ended things, thinking that would somehow be safer than getting her heart broken?

I can't help but feel bad for Gerard...
