You are my love and my life right now. Lol. I love that you are so into this story and my characters that I loved creating and cherish oh so much. This story came so naturally to me I'm glad I was able to bring it to life and have other people fall in love with them too.

I knew Finn would find her, and it all makes sense, with him being a cop, that Matt's little investigation led him to Huntington. Yes, it was stupid of Matt, but how could he have known?

Brian!!!! Why?! I get that he has a kink, but shit! And look what happened: no one was with her and she gets snatched up by Finn. You know, Jason is a needy asshole in a lot of ways, but there were obviously more reasons for his being stuck to Laurel like glue all the time. Unfortunately, his own drive put him far away while she was being beat up and raped.

I'm so glad she pulled through! Kinda surprised that Finn actually dropped her at the hospital, though.

It's sweet of Brian and Jason to throw themselves so hard into taking care of her. Poor Bri. He knows it's over. It has to be. They can't go on like this, not until that chapter of her life is completely closed. He can comfort her forever and it won't matter as long as she knows she has to keep looking over her shoulder.

What the fuck?!?!?!?!?!? Finn found her again, and just strolled up in there with a gun? Nooo!

Oh, I hate him. I already hated him, but I hate him even more now. And she really didn't have much choice. If she pressed charges in California, too, could they have him extradited from Illinois?? No, never mind. His buddies would just have the paperwork buried and pretend it never happened.

Ali was kind of an airhead and an absent friend, but she came through when Laurel needed her. And look at her, hooking up with Christian and getting his help to save her friend! She deserves a round of applause. Lol.

Well, Laurel made her escape, but how could she ever come back if Finn is still free? She's done all she can, yet she has to still be paranoid. And Brian... The not-knowing would drive me crazy, too. If he had heard anything concrete, it might ease his mind, but for her to just fall off the face of the Earth like that? How would you ever stop wondering and hoping -- and fearing that something went horribly wrong?

I can't wait for the sequel!!!!!!!!

I'm so happy she was able to get a divorce and Finn went to jail.

That was an amazing update.

I hope she doesn't end up dying. Someone needs to kill Finn though.

I actually live in Alabama, but I'm not far from Huntsville and getting to Nashville isn't really that time consuming...at least not for the purpose of seeing my favorite band. Haha.

Oh, Brian. You stupid, stupid man. I understand not wanting to add to Laurel's stress, but... He knew better than to be alone with Jason. He clearly has some unresolved issues. I mean, there's curiosity, then there's being legitimately attracted to other men. And Jason is just a manipulative jerk who is fucking everything he can get his dick in at the moment. Shiiiiiit. Brian and Laurel are certainly a match made in some level of hell.

Aha! That explains Matt's issue. Damn, he dug up some dirt on her really fast, didn't he??? If she realizes Matt has feelings for Bri, then she should be able to recognize the same thing in Brian. I wonder how long it'll take her to tell Brian the truth. Or if Matt will spill the beans first. And how is she going to react if/when she learns that her boyfriend hooked up with her twin brother?!
