Wow Emma, that was amazing. I really loved how emotionally charged that first chapter was. And not only is this becoming one of my favorites, it's so true for a fictional story. I mean, like that person who commented on Gerard's journal they have no remorse.

i have alwasy loved your stories im the same as Deathless-Sacrifice ... i followed defiant to the end as well (THE BEST STORY ON FUCKING EARTH) and i would love to see where this story is going .. keep wrtieing .
