I anxiously bounced in the seat of the Mercedes as we waited the 5 seconds for the boys to unload all but one of my suitcases. I glared at Alice seeing the 4 large suitcases labeled in gold thread ‘SERENA’ she shrugged as Rose peeled out of the driveway. “We spoil because we care” Esme said reaching back from the front seat to squeeze my knee. I just pouted slightly but couldn’t help the excitement as I started recognizing things knowing we were close to my dad’s house.

We arrived out front a I jumped from the seat Alice caught my arm and looked at my face she said “Eyes” she stated I closed my eyes and reopened them envisioning I had my old green eyes back “Perfect” she nodded and we bound to the door I quickly unlocked it and burst in saying “DADDY I’M HOME!!!!!!!” I ran into the living room where he met me with a giant bear hug. “DADDY!!!!!” I squealed as he swung me around

“I missed you pumpkin” he said setting me lightly on the ground “Well hello Alice Rose” he said releasing me from my grip he stepped forward and extended a and towards Esme “Hello I’m Jensen McGregor and you must be Dr. Cullen’s wife?” he asked shaking her hand swiftly

“Yes I am Esme Cullen” she smiled brightly

“Thanks so much for tanking Serena with you all I’m sure she enjoyed herself” My dad said smiling

“I did Dad promise, and I’m all over Europe with my modeling debut isn’t that great” I squealed

My dad shook his head and said “I suppose now will you all be staying for dinner”

“Oh no thank you Mr. McGregor, but we need to unpack” Alice said with a smile as the other two nodded I stepped forward and gave each a hug before they left

“I ordered Pizza” my dad said sheepishly I shook my head and walked into the kitchen anxious for some Hawaiian pizza.

“Thanks Daddy” I said taking a huge bite if pizza and sitting at the table

“SO tell me all about your trip people have been calling the house nonstop looking for you” He said taking a bite of his pizza and squeezing my hand

“Well…” I started the extremely edited version of my trip with the Cullens

<<< Several hours later >>>

“Daddy I’m exhausted I’m gonna go to sleep” I said standing up from the couch and kissing his forehead.

“Night Pumpkin” he said clicking off the TV and walking down the hall of our somewhat large home. I walked the opposite way down the same hallway I clicked off the kitchen laundry room other living room and dining room lights. I walked up the stairs at the end of the hall. Only 2 rooms were on this level the cinema room and my room the other half above Dad’s room was the attic. I threw open my door and sighed my room was black white lime gree and blue. I quickly changed into a tank top and sleep shorts then I snuggled deep into my bed wishing I had Edward of at least Lulu who was going to live the Cullens. I pulled up my black and blue comforter and snuggled with a large white pillow. I sighed when suddenly I heard a light tapping.

I got up and grabbed my purple silk robe the taping continued and I crept to the door to my balcony. I cautiously opened the door and squealed quietly throwing my body into Edward’s arms. “I missed you love” he murmured into my blonde curls

“Missed you too” I mumbled into his neck “Come lay with me I’m not tired” I said stepping out of his hold and leading him into my room. I smiled as he quietly closed the door and turned to me I had shrugged of my robe and hopped into bed silently and in less tan a second.

“You know” Edward said smiling as he took off his dress pants and walked to the bed, he lifted the covers and got into the large bed I immediately wrapped my warmer body around his slightly cooler body “You can't do those things around humans” he said running his fingers threw my hair

“I know” I mumbled digging my face into his t-shirt covered chest.

“Try to get some sleep, love. Tomorrow is Saturday we will do something special it is going to be sunny” Edward said kissing the top of my head

“We need to bring Lulu” I yawned before falling into a light sleep, all the while Edward held me securely in his strong arms.

<<< Eight or so in the morning Saturday morning >>>

I had awoken at about three and Edward and I laid in the bed whispering and kissing and just looking at each other. I fell back asleep around six and now I had awaken finally feeling well rested again. I sat up in bed I felt for the cool stone of Edward but only found a sheet of paper. I saw my name written in long loopy elegant script on the folded paper. I furrowed my brow and flipped it open it read:

Love,
I need to change and get ready for our little adventure today, so I will be back at your house at 9:30. I should hope that I would get to be introduced to your father as your boyfriend. By the way be sure to check your eyes before you go and see your father.

I threw myself back on the bed and giggled like a child held the note tight to my chest. I finally stood up and twirled around my room I grabbed and out fit. Short shorts and a large sweater it was supposed to be sunny today and somewhat warm today I danced into my bathroom and turned on my shower. I slowly stripped and looked at my self threw the slightly foggy mirror I fixed my eyes before analyzing my naked body. I was prettier yes, but I still felt so dirty and ugly. My mother words cackled heinously threw my head.

Love you HA you hideous little creature I could never love you. You were a complete and utter mistake you ruined my and your father’s lives we were young and free and you destroyed out future you little troll. You are nothing to me nothing more than a maid. Now do what maids are supposed to, clean.

I shook my head and whipped at my tears. I touched my face in the foggy mirror before shaking my head and stepping into the steaming water.

<<< 9:15 AM Breakfast table >>>

I pranced down to the stairs and sat at the table I took a big bite of hot pancakes and Mumped as Dad sat down “Hey pumpkin” he frowned and said “I have to work to day”

“That’s ok” I said swallowing “I’m gonna go out with Edward anyway” I hid slightly afraid of his answer

“Edward who?” he asked eyeing me suspiciously

“Edward Cullen” I sighed knowing what was coming

“Why?” was all he said

“Because we are dating” I said looking at my dad threw my eyelashes

He took a deep breath before a slight smile graced his face “Ok” he said picking up his paper I let out a sigh of relief “I intend to meet him”

“he said the same thing” I mumbled as the doorbell rang and Dad chuckled at what I had said. I stood up and walked to the door my heart almost doubling in speed making in about a normal pace. I threw open the door and smiled widely seeing Edward standing there. I leapt onto him and he chuckled catching me.

“Hi love” he said kissing my head I head yipping and saw little Lulu sitting at his feet her leash was held in the arm not cradling me to Edward’s body.

“Lulu come meet grandpa” I squealed struggling to get out of Edward’s grip and reaching for the pup. “Daddy” I squealed picking up Lu I walked in and saw him sitting in the same stop I took Edward’s hand and drug him into the kitchen “Daddy” I repeated glaring

he raised his head and his eyes doubled in size seeing my cradling Lulu. I quickly set her on the ground and said “That is Lulu and this is Edward”

“Mr. McGregor” Edward said reaching out a thin leather glove covered hand Dad shook his head eyeing him oddly seeing as the air was a warmish 68 outside “Heaters broken in the car” Edward said shyly Dad nodded quickly

“Should get that looked at” he nodded and then sat down Lulu bound over to him “You do realize what she is don’t you” he cautiously touched the top of her head and she yipped and rubbed her head into his hand.

“Course” I rolled my eyes and sat on the ground “Lupa come to mommy” she happily slipped and skidded on the tile running as fast as she could she jumped in my lap and I gave a fake sway for show. Edward smiled at me with pride as I grinned up at him “She is a perfect little wolf pup that we found her one night on the outskirts of Paris. She is beautiful isn’t she” I kissed her head.

Dad nodded and said “I need to go be home by 5 love you pumpkin please be careful and good” he swallowed the rest of his coffee and grabbed his coat walking out of the house to the garage where our cars sat. I sat on the floor rubbing lulu after a moment I finally said “So you heater is broken should I bring a blanket?” I smirked up at Edward and he laughed.

“Yes bring a blanket maybe a pillow something for Lulu to play with and whatever else you may want music books whatever. I will take care of the dishes” he kissed the top of my head as I set Lulu lightly on the ground before disappearing upstairs. I grabbed my ipod, my favorite thick quilt, a pair of sweats and a t-shirt incase I wanted to change, I grabbed the pillow off the bed for Edward, I grabbed 2 of Lulu’s hard rubber toys from her bag one was a Frisbee the other was this rope ball thingy, I ran around and grabbed my cell phone, and then finally I stuffed it all in to an athletic bag while carrying my favorite pillow for me. “Ok Ready” I called running down the stairs. I appeared in front of Edward and kissed his lips before taking Lulu from him

“Let’s go it is gonna start getting sunny soon” Edward said taking the bag and wrapping his arm around my shoulders.

We walked to the Volvo and her began speeding down the road going to some unknown place as I played with Lulu in the passenger’s seat. Soon we arrived at a wilderness path Edward go out and grabbed the bag from the trunk. “We running or following a path?” I asked cuddling Lulu into my chest

“Running” Edward smirked making me so excited I squealed disrupting Lulu

“Sorry Lu” I whispered scratching her ear “Let’s go” I said so excited now. Edward chuckled and wordlessly slung the duffle over his chest he took my hand as I cradled Lulu on armed. We took off into the trees him leading me going slower then I would have liked so he could lead me.

Suddenly after a few seconds or so we stopped and Edward said “this is where I come to think” he lead me into a perfectly circular meadow filled with flowers and grass of all different colors.

“Wow” I breathed setting down a slightly dizzy Lulu she stumbled then found a butterfly she quickly began prowling and pouncing on the care free creature “we need to teach her to hunt maybe today you can go get a snake and I will start teaching her?” I asked Edward

He looked skeptical then just shook his head and said “Maybe, go set your stuff up” he pressed my to follow Lulu into the sun streaked meadow I took the bag from him and twirled to the middle of the meadow within a second my blanket had flattened the tall grasses and flowers in the center of the meadow crating a slight pallet that was soft and sunbathed. My pillow book and ipod all sat in one corner Edward’s pillow and Lulu’s toys sat in the other corners. I plopped onto the blanket I sat up and looked scanning for Edward.

“Right here” I called hearing my thoughts

I turned my head to the right and sat him smiling as Lulu still chased her butterfly, but her stood back in the shadows not in the sun like Lulu and I “Edward” his head snapped to me “Come sit” I ordered her slowly walked into the light then ran to me sitting down next to me in less that half a second. I slowly caressed his face he leaned into my touch and smiled I swiftly unbuttoned his shirt my hands touching and exposing his diamond sparkled skin “Perfect” I murmured letting my warm hands caress his skin as I kissed his collarbone.

“No love you are the perfect one look how you glow” he said pressing my tiny hand against where his heart should have been beating comparing our skins reactions to the sunny mine glowed like a halo his sparkled and reflected like a multi faceted diamond caught in a bright light.

“I like yours better” I said bringing both of my hands to his chest to compare them

“You know even if it doesn’t beat you own it completely right” at first I was confused until he squeezed my hand resting above his nonexistent pulse.

I brought his hand to my slowly beating heart “it may only beat half of what it should, but each beat belongs to you without you it wouldn’t beat at all” I said kissing his lips softly I looked up and saw Lulu rolling around on the ground “Lulu come play with mommy” I called shrugging off my sweater. “Close you eyes Edward” I said as I stepped into the tall grass for some coverage and drug the bag with me I stripped and quickly thought of my panther form. I morphed and pushed the bag back threw the tall grass. Lulu sat patiently her Frisbee in her mouth she saw me and immediately attacked. I carried her away from the blanket to an area with the shortest grass. Edward laid on the blanket and silently watched us play and wrestle until the tiny pup yawned and I carried her back to the blanket where she immediately curled in the far corner for a nap.

Edward will you grab my clothes from the bag please I asked my black tail flicking back and forth

“Which ones?” he asked as I walked into the tallest grass

Which ever you want baby the both are comfy he carried over my original outfit with my bra and panties on top and set them down I purred a thank you as he disappeared I changed quickly I stood up and walked to where Edward laid waiting.

“Love you” he said pulling me down into his arms

“Love you too” I said resting my head in the crook of his neck and soaking in the perfect environment not knowing soon it would be gone.
