Chapter 24: Wait...
Edward drove my home as I held Lulu gently she had refused to leave my arms as I tried to leave the house. I played gently with Lulu as she would pounce on my fingers the entire way to my house. We had packed a bottle for her so we could feed her later on tonight, and Edward and I had planned to have a movie night with pizza for me. Dad had called and told me that he would be late at the firehouse something about paperwork to do, and wouldn’t be home till late.
Edward and I arrived at my house We got out of the car and Edward wrapped his arm around my waist. “Why hello” I whispered kissing his neck and rocking Lulu.
“Hello” he groaned under my lips
“Will you grab Lulu’s bed from the car?” I asked sweetly as I opened the door to the house
“Sure” he said kissing my temple in the blink of and eye he was back I laughed and took the giant pillow from him “Don’t you think we should act a little human?” I asked still giggling.
“Where is the fun in that” Edward stated as he walked into the kitchen and picked up the phone I watched him dial before laying Lulu’s bed by the giant couch in the living room, and I gentle set Lulu onto her bed I kissed her head and stood up. Gracefully I drifted into the kitchen only to stumble over my own two feet at the threshold of the door.
Edward caught me and asked with a chuckle in his voice “Babe what would you like on the pizza?” He smiled and silently kissed my lips
“Canadian Bacon” I said standing from his arms and hopping on the counter.
“Can I have a medium Canadian bacon pizza” Edward stated Into the phone slowly walking up to me and placing his spare hand on my thigh “Ok thank you” Edward hung up the phone “Pizza will be here in 20 minutes” he said nuzzling my neck.
“Mmm” I groaned holding his head to my neck and feeling his light kisses on my neck and collarbone “What movie should we watch?” I groaned
“How about something scary?” he mumbled against my neck
“Ok” I groaned “How about Haunting in Connecticut? Dad bought it and he said it scared him half to death” I murmured tugging lightly on his hair
“Sounds perfect” he mumbled looping his arms around my waist. I pushed him away and ran from the room. I heard Edward growl from the kitchen and felt his arms around my waist as I bent to look in my movie cabinet “So not nice” he murmured kissing my neck and looking with me
“Found it” I said pulling out the DVD I handed Edward the disc and walked over to the couch. I laid on the couch and let my hand gently caress Lulu as I laid on the couch Edward came and pressed his body behind mine on the couch I snuggled into his body and prepared to watch the scary movie.
By the time the Pizza had come I was shaking because this movie was so scary. Edward would just chuckle and hold my face to his chest or hush in my ear. I smiled as he answered the door and got me my pizza. He brought it to me and I dug in happy to have the movie paused. I ate 3 pieces of Pizza just as Lulu began to stir. “Hi baby” I cooed licking my fingers I smiled as Edward handed me a warm bottle for her she immediately began sucking on the bottle and soon was laying with us on the couch snuggling me every time I jumped from the movie.

Finally the movie ended I sighed and said “so the scary burnt dude was… good?”
Edward laughed and kissed my head “It appears that way” he said smoothing my head
“Let’s watch a romantic comedy I might be able to wrap my head around one of those” I said pulling slightly away from Edward he nodded and popped up not even jostling Lulu or I
“What would you like?” he said thumbing threw our movie cabinet
I smirked “Princess Bride” I cheered Happily
Edward’s Grin was the size of the moon as he said staring start into my eyes “As you wish” I used a snoozing Lulu to block my blushing face from him.
“That was cheesy” I mumbled into Lulu’s sweet fur
“But true” he whispered crawling back into his spot
“Press play” I murmured against his lips after setting Lulu softly on her bed
“As you wish” he murmured his lips brushing mine as he clicked the button on the remote
“I love you too” I said kissing him softly
I flipped in his arms and watched intently as my all time favorite movie came on.

Westley was fighting for Princess Buttercup’s hand just as my dad pulled up “Quick pretend to sleep” I whispered curling into Edward’s chest and breathing slowly. We heard the door open.
Dad took off his boos by the door I heard him pad into the living room and stop he made a cooing noise before covering Edward and I in my favorite quilt. Daddy kissed my forehead and said “Night pumpkin” I heard Lulu whimper and nip then Dad say “No” in a quiet voice “good girl you can sleep with me tonight” then I heard him click off the feet and finally retreat back to his room. After 20 minutes we could hear him snoring.
“You have a good father” Edward said kissing my neck
“I know” I mumbled throwing my body on his and laying my head on his chest I was content with laying here until I fell asleep for that night I didn’t even need to move I was happy being still in Edward’s arms.
“I don’t ever want to leave this position right here” he whispered into my hair
“me either” I said not moving for the rest of the night

Serena’s POV:
I smelt Pancakes and stirred in Edward’s arms I sat up quickly kissing him “Mmmm” I moaned “pancakes” I mumbled getting up and straightening the dress from yesterday
“Alice and Rose are taking you to Seattle today remember?” Edward asked kissing my bare shoulder I nodded
“Yeah what was that modeling agency called again?” I asked leaning into his arms
“Seattle Models Guild or something of the sort” he said kissing my neck
“I’m hungry” I said standing
“Eyes” Edward stated caressing my eyes
I closed my eyes and reopened them before walking into the kitchen “Morning daddy” I said sitting and pulling 3 pancakes onto my plate.
“Morning pumpkin” he walked and kissed the top of my head “Did you and Edward sleep well?” he smirked I blushed and nodded he laughed and called “Edward will you be joining us for breakfast?”
“Not today Mr. McGregor” Edward said sauntering into the kitchen he walked forward and kissed my lips softly I smiled up at him as he said “I need to bring Lulu home and feed her. Thank you for letting her sleep with you last night” Edward smiled picking up the tiny wolf cub the licked his hand and nuzzled his hand as it caressed her soft fur.
“Ok then I assume Serena will be spending the day with you or the girls today” My dad said sitting down and grabbing some bacon from my plate I faux glared and bite a piece of bacon.
“Yes the girls are going to Seattle for meeting at a modeling agency. Only though if that is ok with you” Edward said cuddling Lulu
“Sounds fine a friend is coming to watch the game on TV so Serena would have been bored” Dad said smiling
“Thanks Daddy” I said kissing his cheek “I’ll see you in a few hours ok I need to clean my room and get ready then I will be over” I said kissing Edward’s lips softly
“See you soon” Edward said walking out of the kitchen I listened as the front door closed and smiled at Dad before we finished our breakfast laughing and having a good time.

I had reorganized my closet to fit all my new clothes and lets just say that is a very difficult thing. I stepped out of the shower and shook my hair out. Another model had told me to always let your natural beauty show when going to an agency of a go see. So I let my long blonde curls dry naturally and didn’t put any makeup my skin was flawless my lashes were full my lips were a soft pink, and my cheeks naturally were slightly flushed. I looked ok as I pulled on a pair of slim but not skinny jeans that were dark blue, next I put on a tight black juicy hoodie that just brushed the tops of my jeans and finally a pair of black low top converse. I checked my eyes in a mirror and saw they were still emerald green.
I bounced down the stairs only to hear a car drive up the driveway. “Daddy your friend is here” I said bouncing into the kitchen.
“Will you answer the door when he rings?” My Dad’s slightly muffled yell came from his room
“Sure”I called as grabbed a large green apple from the fridge and bit almost completely into it. I kept the apple in my mouth as I walked to the door digging threw my purple patent leather carry all. I found my keys and opened the door just to hear the door bell ring and come face to face with a man in a wheel chair. I bit the apple and chewed quickly before swallowing “Hello?” I asked in a question.
Jacob’s POV:
I leapt onto the poor defenseless deer. I had refused to come out of my wolf form after meeting my imprint. I stalked to a river and cleaned myself after my meal. Suddenly I heard a voice in my head, it was Sam’s, Billy needs you to drive him to Chief McGregor’s house he is refusing to let another person take him and he says he cant miss March Madness then he was gone. I growled and ran back toward my house. I arrived after about 15 minutes I turned into human form and walked into the house naked. “I’ll be ready in 15 minutes” I grumbled seeing my father sitting in the kitchen he only nodded as I walked by.
Quickly I washed my adventure off and pulled on some jeans and a shirt. My dad knew about my problems with my imprint, but her though I should try to move on from this and better the situation this was his way of helping. On the ride there he told me briefly of his friends ,Jensen, having a daughter a year older then me. He said he had only seem pictures of her but she was a beauty he claimed I simply scoffed and said “I’ve fallen for a fallen angel” My Dad sighed and said Jensen wouldn’t ever shut up about his little girl, Selena or something. All I cared about was my nameless imprint I only wanted her. I sighed as we pulled up to the house I quickly unloaded my Dad and pushed him to the porch.
“Will you grab Harry Clearwater’s Fish fry from the car I forgot?” Dad asked as he was about to ring the doorbell.
I ran to the car as I grabbed the fish fry I heard a heavenly voice question “Hello?”
I heard my dad chuckle and say “You must be Serena I’m Billy Black a friend of your father’s May I come in?”
“Of course Mr. Black make yourself at home I was just leaving” I walked to see my imprint talking sweetly to my father
“Billy call me Billy” my dad said patting her hand I cleared my throat and handed Dad the fish fry the girl glanced at me and her gaze hardened immediately “Ahh and this is my son Jacob”
“Well I must be going it was a pleasure meeting you Billy” She said sweetly to him stepping aside and letting him roll puzzled into the house
She tried to pass me but I grabbed her arm “Wait” I whispered
She wrenched her arm from my grasp “No” she hissed walking past me to her sky blue old fashioned bug while chomping on her apple. I ran and caught her arm again I gripped harder “What is your problem?” she hissed wrenching again from my grip

“No shit Sherlock” She hissed glaring and making a move for her bug
“Why do you hate me?” I questioned
“Two things you tried to kill my puppy and are trying to separate me and my love” she said glaring at me with red swirled black eyes over her shoulder. She looked almost like a demonic angel it was kinda sexy
“I didn’t mean to hurt her” I groaned
She scoffed and said “Tell her that” she walked to her car and right before she got in she added “You wont break Edward and I up no matter what” she smirked at me before speeding off.
I groaned and pounded my fist on the ground. I slowly walked into the house and saw Billy sitting next to his friend Jason they were chatting “Did you meet Serena?” Dad asked Serena
“Yeah I met her” I sighed sitting heavily on the love seat next to the couch Jensen and Dad sat on. My dad looked at me worried I mouthed ‘imprint’ as Jensen continued talking about the upcoming game. My dad’s face turned to stone it was then that I took a deep breath and smelt it the vampire sickly sweetness filling to room. I gagged and said “I’m gonna take a walk” and swiftly walked out the door before walking towards the woods I need a run

I pulled up in front of he Cullen’s house and hopped out of my bug I patted the hood before running inside “Hello” I called walking into the kitchen to make myself some food
“Hi Baby” Edward said as he walked into the room with no Lulu

“Alice Rose and Esme took her hunting before you guys are going to Seattle” He said kissing my neck he wrinkled his nose and said “you smell like mutt”
“I know” I growled grabbing Easy Mac I quickly threw it into the microwave before going back to Edward’s arms and growling “That mutt’s father is friends with mine” I said burying my head into his neck “Is it to bad?” I asked looking up at him
“Around your right side it is really strong” he said making a nasty face.
I sighed “After I eat I will go shower” my food dinged I quickly flew out of Edward’s arms and woofed down the food in about ten seconds I licked my lips before saying “Want to help me in the shower?” I smirked raising an eyebrow at Edward. Edward slowly shook his head looking like he was in pain “Suit yourself” and then I ran full speed up the stairs into Alice’s bathroom to take a shower.
