I Control Almost Everything

Meet Tristen Charity Stronghold- Cherry for short. Yes, she is the younger sister to Will Stronghold. Are her powers flying or strength. Neither, she controls water. And since we've all taken biology, we know that living things are made up of mostly water, she controls almost everything (isn't my title creative?). ALMOST. She does not control high school, nor her feelings toward one of her brother's friends.
