Evelyn’s POV
Bella and Edward had finally decided to get married having planned to have a small ceremony at the house with just the family and me and mine considering Bella and I were like sisters now with how close our parents had gotten and Bella was at her wits end with it because she isn’t really in to all the decorating and cakes and things, she would rather just stand in a pair of jeans and have Carlisle marry them.
I was just about to walk up the drive when a car pulled into the driveway of the house, I stood and waited for the person to get out and once they did I smiled seeing it was Alice and Draven her singer who had turned vegetarian for her. They walked over to me and Alice hugged me before pulling back and grinning
“I just love a wedding, don’t you?” I giggled and nodded
“it seems like it’s going to be good though only if someone other than Bella plans it” Alice grinned mischievously
“that’s what I’m here for Evelyn” I laughed and she walked past me and I looked at Draven and smiled tightly, still rather hesitant of him considering it was only in the last year he turned vegetarian and he still had the red eyes
“hello Draven” I said and he nodded before walking around me and into the house. I let out a relieved breath before making my way into the house as well.
As soon as I stepped in a heard Bella and Alice talking and Jasper walked over and hugged me and kissed the top of my head. Pulling back he smiled at me
“hello Evie, what are you doing here?” I giggled
“well hello too and I can turn around and go home if you want?” I raised a brow and he pouted and pulled me closer
“no, don’t, I just wasn’t expecting you today” I nodded
“yeah I know, Mom and Charlie were acting all lovey again so I decided to come around” he nodded and I looked around him at Alice and looking up I asked
“is it hard to have Alice here?” Jasper looked down at me and thought a moment before replying
“no, she is the past I mean I’ll always remember what she did for me and I’ll look back on those memories fondly but my future and present are with you and I’m happy” I grinned and lent up and kissed him fully on the lips and I heard Emmett call out behind us
“Woo hoo you go guys!” I let go of Jasper with a laugh and turning around I looked at Emmett and in a calm voice said
“you want to leave the room don’t you Emmett” he nodded slowly and left and I felt Jasper laughing and looking up at him I winked and moved over to where the girls were sat on the sofas and Alice seemed to have procured some brochures and magazines and they were planning the wedding, well Alice was suggesting things and Bella was just telling her to do what she wanted.
“Come on Bella at least give us colors to work with” Bella sighed and nodded and started giving some input.
