Janelly Morales-Haner, the well known tattoo artist, is married to the infamous Synyster Gates. With a baby on the way for the couple, Janelly goes to Puerto Rico to visit her family while Brian goes on tour for a few months.

While Janelly is in Puerto Rico, death's strike two of the most important people in her life. After the tragic loses, Janelly and Brian change their lifestyles for the sake of eachother, their family and friends, but most of all, their baby.
