Tour With Me

Natalie’s POV

I quickly pressed the up button for the elevator, before taking out my I-pod. I put in my ear buds, before looking at the un-opened elevator doors. I quickly put my I-pod on shuffle, as the elevator doors began to open.

I stepped inside the elevator that was currently occupied by a middle aged couple. I stood on the opposite side of them in the elevator, after pressing the button for the top floor, minding my own business.

Suddenly, the intro to “Devour” by Shinedown filled my ears. I smiled as I leaned back against the elevator. I was thankful that I was listening to alternative/metal, this time. The music would help me drown out my thoughts about Sabrina and Allan.
I noticed that the woman looked over at me with a questioning expression on her face. I knew that she could hear the music that I was listening to. I simply shrugged her off as the song continued to loudly play into my ears.

I knew that this wasn’t the best song to listen to after, what had just happened, but I could care less. I simply wanted to listen to something to distract me from my thoughts.

That’s why I was going to Justin. I knew that if I was with him, I would only focus on him. I wouldn’t worry about Sabrina, Allan or anyone else for that matter. Justin would be able to cheer me up, distract me and simply keep my mind off of everything.

Once the elevator stopped, I stepped out, music still blasting in my ears. I quickly pulled my phone out of my pocket. I texted Justin, letting him know that I was on my way, so he should open the door.

As soon as I reached his door, it opened. Justin held the door open as he smiled. I couldn’t help but to smile back as I stared at him.

“Couldn’t resist me huh?” he questioned, his smile falling into a smirk.

I hardly heard him over my music. If my music was any louder I would have asked him to repeat was he was saying.

I playfully rolled my eyes at him. I shifted my weight onto my left leg as I pulled one of my ear buds out. “Such a shame, how much your cockiness is turning me off right now,” I joked.

Justin raised his brow as he looked at me. “Oh really?”

He then placed both his hands on my hips, bringing me closer to him. As if on cue, my smile grew wider. As I said before, he could cheer me up, without even trying.

Justin suddenly furrowed his brows as he stared at me. His eyes drifted down to my I-pod in my other pocket. He finally heard the music that I was listening to. I knew that he was surprised that I wasn’t listening to R&B or hip-hop this time. I couldn’t help but to shake my head at him.

“If you paid attention to what I said, you would remember that I said I listen to different kinds of music,” I explained.

“Oh I remember I just…didn’t believe you?” he tried.

I shook my head once more, as I continued to smile. “So are you going to invite me in, or did I come all the way here to stand out in the hallway?”

Justin smirked as he tightened his hold on me. He quickly picked me up off the ground, before I could question him. I let out a small sequel as he did, since I wasn’t expecting it.

He spun around, before setting me down on the floor once more, this time I was now inside his room. He closed the door before turning around to face me. I crossed my arms over my chest as I smirked at him. The music on my I-pod stopped playing, but I didn’t think much of it, knowing that my I-pod was on shuffle.

“Who knew that there were muscles in small arms of yours,” I joked.

Justin narrowed his eyes at me. “Small, psh, who do you think carried your bags in here,”

I turned around to see that my bags were indeed in his room. I only had a few bags with me, but they were now on the couch. I set my gaze back on Justin, smiling.

I opened my mouth to speak, but the music that began to flow into my ears caused me to stop short. I froze as I listened to the lyrics fill my head. This could not be happening. Of all the times for this song to play, it has to play now.

I watched as a smile made its way onto Justin’s lips. My music was still loud, so I knew that he could hear the song that I was listening to. I simply stood there, staring at him with wide eyes. I was a deer caught in headlights.

Do you do what you did when you
did with me?
Does he love you the way I can?

“Is that—”

“No,” I quickly interrupted.

My outburst only caused his smile to fall into a smirk. He flipped his hair before walking towards me. Every step that he took, caused me to take a step back. I continued to back up, hoping that Justin would stop but he didn’t.

Instead, he practically ran towards me, and grabbed my waist. He quickly pinned me against the wall, as he continued to hold my waist.

I could feel heat rush to my cheeks as I stared at his smirk. This had to be one of the most embarrassing moments, I have yet to have with him.

“Got ya,” he smirked.

I playfully narrowed my eyes at him, as he continued to smirk. I reached for my I-pod, trying to change to the song. Justin quickly grabbed my wrist, preventing me from grabbing it.

I rolled my eyes, as I groaned. I leaned my head against the wall as I continued to stare at his smirk.

“Okay, you got me, I listen to some of your songs, but I told you this before,”

“I know,” he nodded.

He slowly leaned in until I could feel his breath on my lips. His breath mingled with mine. His breathing was slow and even, as his hand gripped my waist.

Already melting before anything happened, I closed my eyes. My heart pounded against my chest out of anticipation. My body already began to crave for his soft lips.

“But catching you in the act is better,” he whispered.

He then gently pressed his lips to mine, in a soft kiss gentle kiss. I leaned into him completely, surrendering to him as I always did. Justin smiled into the kiss, causing me to smile as well.

As I said before, he could cheer me up without even trying.
