Kiya and Charity are the sixteen year old twin daughters of one of the most well known drug dealers in the world. But they live far from the high life, when their father left their mother, he left them with their mother, leaving them to move to the poor city of Willow, California, where they thought they were finally through with thier father.

At sixteen, both twins are very different, but are the best of friends, and have very many problems of thier own, including constantly causing trouble. When their father gets wind of his oldest daughters rebellion, he initiates the arranged marriage he planned for Kiya, two years early. But what he doesn't know is that his little girl, Charity is three months pregnant, and she's keeping the baby... or possibly babies.

What will happen with Kiya and Chairty? what will happen with Charity and her baby or babies? And Kiya and her arranged marriage to her unknown fiance?
