Beep
Beep, beep, beep. What’s that annoying noise?
Beep.
Why won’t it go away?
Beep.
Maybe it’s the phone?
I slowly opened my opened my eyes and my vision blurred for a moment.
Beep.
“Ugh!” I groaned shutting my eyes again.
Beep.
“Mom can you stop that noise?” I heard a deep chuckled.
I recognized it as a male chuckle and my eyes shut open as I sat up.
“Ahh!” I screamed out in pain at the fast movement.
My arm and stomach stung.
“Whoa, don’t move, lay back down.” The voice commanded.
I looked down and noticed and I.V. in my arm and my body was in a hospital gown.
What the hell? Then it all came flooding back, the memories of last night; the room, my mom, what happened to me.
The shock of it all caused me to pause and take a few shaky breaths.
“Are you alright?” I looked up finally remembering I wasn’t alone.
I couldn’t speak, a man stood next to my bed, he was tall and had tan skin, his hair was long and wavy, very pretty for a guys, and the most noticeable thing were his eyes which were hidden by Aviator sunglasses.
“I’m going to go get you a nurse,” he rushed out and I took a moment to examine myself.
I had gotten stabbed in the stomach, which must be why I’m here… I remember being outside of my room before passing out from the pain… I remember, him. The man was there when I passed out…
