Ugly

Sophie's poor family moves into a new house from their tiny apartment. To celebrate, they get a new pet, a dumbo rat, which they wouldn't have been able to have in their old apartment. It is placed in Sophie's room even though she hates it with a passion. Eventually, Sophie begins to discover that the rat wasn't really a rat in the first place...
