Everything We Had

knock knock!

My mom opened the door and out of no where I'm being hugged, which was a pretty rough by the way
"where on earth were you?" of course that question was going in Gabriel's direction.
"i went north to see some family members sorry i dint tell you guys before i left"
he looked down at the floor and looked cuter than ever bef------wait a minute, rewind and pause.
what do you think your thinking, whats wrong with you women.
OK never mind!

"BILLIE!"

"huh, what" i looked around to see that we had already entered the living room and sitting on the couch

"how had the last few days gone?" asked my mother.
"oh well they were pretty boring no trouble" i smiled back reassuringly
"alright then" she said back

"so how was your family?" asked my mom
"well they were the same. It was sort of private sorry i cant really talk about it" he looked down at his hands in what looked to be like the billionth time today.
and i wasnt buying it, he is definitely telling me the truth later on.

"well im sorry Lora but i need to go back home im a little tired you know from the trip"
"oh yes of coarse well then ill see you some other time"

Gabriel came up to my mom and gave her a kiss on the check, when he went to give me a kiss he whispered in my ear

"come over tomorrow and ill explain"
he then left. just like that.

i though dint notice, too busy wondering about the light tinkly feeling that i had on the very spot he touched.

"mom im going to bed a little tired, goodnight"
"ok sweetie"
