My Teacher Is a What?

I woke up to see that I was still chained to the wall and my whole body ached. I had to get out of here; Mitus was up to no good. I knew there was something eerie about him. I grunted and tried to use my powers to get the chains off of me.

“Grr, it’s no use,” I said hopelessly.

I then looked around the room for some kind of sign or key that I can use to unlock these things. Then, I remembered something that King Leonard taught me.

“Of course, why didn’t I think of that?” I asked giggling to myself.

I closed my eyes and focused on the chains, and slowly they began to melt and I was quickly free of the wretched things.

“Finally, now to get out of here and stop Mitus,” I said unlocking the door and running into the vacant hallway.

I stopped in my tracks, and saw some of the king’s servants standing in a group and talking amongst themselves. I smiled, and ran over to them asking, “Hey, what’s going on?”

One of the servants gasped when they saw me, and said, “Christina, it’s the king, he’s not feeling his best!”

“Yes, I know, he’s taking his royal nap right now, h-h-has anyone seen Mitus anywhere?” I asked looking around for any sign of him.

“No, haven’t seen him all day,” another servant said shrugging. “Why?”

“Because, Mitus is up to no good, he had me locked up in the chains room and…”

“Locked up? Then how are you standing here?” A servant girl asked.

“I just so happened to use my powers to get me out of the jam, and once I saw all of you, I wanted to see what was going on, now can someone please tell what exactly is going on?” I asked in frustration.

They all glared at me, and I noticed that all of their eyes weren’t normal; they all had green eyes, something that we planetarians never had.

One of them said, “We’ll tell you, once you give us what we need.”

“What are you…?” I started to ask, but then was knocked out from behind.

The journey’s trip was becoming more and more intense. Lake and I have been travelling for almost a month and still no sign of Chrissie.

Also, I have been developing more powers as we went and battled a few monsters. Right now, the sun is setting, and I still haven’t gotten a clue as to where we are.

“Lake, should we stop here and ask for directions?” I asked, pointing to an old cottage.

“Are you sure your highness, it looks dangerous?” Lake asked studying the cottage carefully.

Oh, and let me tell you something else; after finding out I had powers, Lake was telling me that I could be the lost Princess of a king named Leonard, funny right?

“Yea, let’s check it out!” I said, running over to the cottage.

“Wait, your highness, I don’t think we should go in there!” Lake yelled floating after me.

Maybe I should have listened, if only I’ve known that would probably be my last day to live.
