Memories remain as time goes on

The next morning I felt someone’s arm wrapped around my waist. I then tried to look around at where I was. I then realized that I was still at Johnny’s house, in the living room. I was now lying down instead of sitting up. Since I was still at Johnny’s I figured that the body that was sleeping with his arms around me was Zacky. I didn’t mind. He was so close that I could feel his breath on the back of my neck. His scent sent shivers down my spine. He smelt really good.

I tried to turn around again to wake him up but his arms just gotten even tighter around me. His arms were wrapped around me so tight that I couldn’t move any more so I just laid there hoping and waiting that he will wake up soon. As I was hoping Zacky soon opened his eyes “Good morning” Zacky said still trying to adjust to the light.

Before I could say anything Zacky realized the position that we were in and pulled away quickly. “Sorry.” He said while blushing.

“That’s okay” I said and I got off of the couch and went to the bathroom. In the bathroom I fixed my hair a bit, when I got out Zacky was still in the parlor with the TV on. As soon as I entered the parlor Zacky turned his head from the Tv. He patted the seat next to him signaling me to sit next to him. So I did. We watched Tv for a little bit until we heard the front door open and shut. It was Brian. He first saw Zacky while walking in “What the heck are you still..” He stopped when he saw me sitting next to me. “Oh. I see.” He gave a Zacky a knowing glance and walked in to the kitchen.

Zacky shook his head slightly turning back to the Tv. We went back to watching TV and a half an hour later Johnny, Lacey, and Syn was in the polar also watching TV. Lacey and Johnny was no longer in their pajamas. They were in there looked like their regular day clothes.
We all got hungry and so we all decided to go and get some fresh air and get something to eat. Me and Zacky got off the couch following Johnny and Lacey followed by Syn out the door.

We all took separate cars. I was with Zacky, Syn took his car, and Lacey and Johnny took theirs. On our way, Zacky blasted the same type of music that we came with. The whole ride I looked out the window and just chatted with Zacky. Fifteen minutes later we got to our destination and we all got out of our cars and walked in this little diner. We all decided to sit in a corner booth. I slid in first and was followed by Zacky. Lacey then slid in the other side and was followed by Johnny and then Syn slid in next to Johnny. The waitress gave us our drinks and then came back to take our orders.

After we were all done we talked for a bit. Then Syn had to go and pick up Juliana from work. And Johnny and Lacey had to go and spend time with Lacey’s parents. So that leaves me and Zacky. We both decided that it was time for us to go.

“So what do you want to do today?” he asked, turning his head towards to him before started the car. “Um, I don’t know. You pick.” I said with a smile. “I know exactly what were gunna do.” We then drove off. The drive was about five minutes long on how fast Zacky was driving. He then pulled over and grinned at me. I looked outside and saw nothing but store after store. Some stores I was able to see were a shirt store, surf board store, skate board store, and a hair solon. I couldn’t make up what else stores there were but they looked like it will never end. I just stared at him confused. “What are we doing here Zacky?”

“You and I are going to spend some time together by walking from here all the way over there.” He said. Pointing his finger on where we were going to end our walk. “Are you serious?” I asked with wide eyes. “Yeah, I’m serious. Come on.”

I got out of the car and we started walking. Zacky walked close to me and it looked like as if we were holding hands. But I didn’t mind. We held each other’s before. Hell, we slept together.

While we were walking there were many people looking at us. I even think that they thought that he was my boyfriend. “I think everyone thinks were a couple.” I said while leaning in so that no one could hear what I said but Zacky.

“Well then since they think that way then we might as well show them.” he then took my hand and continued walking. His actions sent shivers down my spine. I tried to fight the blushed that was coming on to my face until I couldn’t anymore. I didn’t know if he was doing this just for fun or was he doing this because he has the same feelings I have for him. Since I lost my dad I felt nothing but sorrow until I met Zacky he filled the piece that was missing. He helped me move on from that and so since I met him I’ve been able to do more things since my dad took his last breath.

We then stopped at this sunglasses store. We looked around for a little bit until Zacky found these big black shades, he put them on and then took a look in the mirror. He then turned to me. “How do I look?” he asked. I took a step back to take a look at him “I would say you look like a rock star but you already got that covered, so you look good.” I said while nodded. He actually looked more than good, he looked amazing.

He chuckled. “Good? That’s not what the expression on your face says.” He said while looking from the ground to her. I laughed knowing that I got caught. “Alright you got me. You look amazing.” He chuckled and smiled at her. “Thank you. Now let’s go and get you one. “okay.” I said and then picked out this glasses that looked just like his one but in a girl style. I put it on and looked in the mirror and liked what I saw. I then turned to Zacky. His expression went from normal to wow. “So, how do I look?” I asked while posing a bit.
“You look great.” I giggled. “Great? That’s not what the expression on your face says.” I said, raising an eyebrow. He laughed and saw that I was mocking him just like he was doing to me.

“Well, I can’t say you look gorgeous or pretty.” My heart felt like it fell out of my chest and was being stomped on. But then he continued. “Because you already look gorgeous and pretty without the glasses. The glasses would just add a little more style but you wouldn’t need it because you’re perfect just the way you are.” He then looked at me seriously and I knew that what he said wasn’t a joke. I slowly took the glasses off so that we could both look in to each other’s eyes.

That was the most amazing thing that anybody had ever said to me. I no longer felt my heart being stomped. Now my heart felt as if it had melted in to a pool of love. I never expected Zacky to say that. I grew a lot of feeling for him but the feeling that I had in me was something that I had never felt in my life. I liked that feeling and the way it made me felt. Who knew that this rock star that I met at a baseball game could ever made me feel like no other.
He then pulled me close and kissed me. I wrapped my arms around his neck, bringing him even closer to me. He pulled his lips away from me. “I wanted to tell you that the day I met you but I just didn’t know how to tell you it.” He said. I hugged him and then looked at him. “Come on lets go pay for these glasses.”

So we walked up to the cashier and he paid for both of our glasses. I offered to pay for it but again he wouldn’t let me. After we paid for them we started walking down the street again. Zacky put his arm around my neck bringing my head closer to him. He kissed my forehead. . I held his hand that was around my neck. Now for sure people would know for a fact that we were together.

We then walked in to this toy shop. I didn’t know why we did but Zacky wanted to. I looked around and saw a lot of things that I thought were cool. This store really brought the kid in you and I’m glad Zacky wanted to go in this store. I was having a blast. Remembering all the toys I had when I was little kid brought joy to me. When Zacky was done buying what he wanted, we both walked out of the store. He then brought the object that he bought out of the bag and handed it to me. I was surprised that he brought me a stuffed animal that was a tiger. It had big green eyes. “Aw this is so cute.” I said looking back at him.

“I knew you’ll like it.” I said with a grin. “like it.. I love it! It reminds me of you, it looks dangerous and suspicious but when you really get to know about it, you’ll know that it won’t hurt you and it’s the sweetest thing that you ever met.

Zacky then pulled me in to a kiss and I kissed him back. And by then I knew that this was going to be the beginning of a good relationship.
