Forever Enemies

According to Plan

“Well I have to give you some credit Killian, you’re not terrible” I laughed as Killian kissed my neck sending chills down my spine. When I spoke he stopped and looked at me with a death glare in his eyes.
“We both know that’s a lie” Killian smirked.
“And what if I was lying what are you going to do about it?” I tried keeping a straight and serious face.
“Absolutely nothing” He threw himself off of me and laid on his back on the bed. I shook my head to myself and sat up and got out of bed.
“Typical pirate” I scoffed and reached for my clothes that were laying on the floor, “You know this really was my favorite top” I held up my blouse that Killian and ripped open and in the process ripped all of the buttons off of.
“Oh shut up, you’ve got another one over here” He hopped out of bed and threw me a blouse out of one of the drawers.
“Where did you find this?” I asked unbuttoning it and slipping it on.
“You left it here after I took my ship back” He reached down to grab his pants and pulled them on.
“Ah” I nodded my head and continued getting dressed and walked over to the small window in the room, “Well it’s dark out now, has to be about the middle of the night, what do we do now” I asked turning around and leaning against the wall watching Killian put on his boots, “Going somewhere?” I asked confused as to why he was putting his boots back on.
“I’m going for a walk” He stated quietly.
“A walk, in the middle of the night?” I questioned further.
“Listen, just because we slept together doesn’t mean anything, got it” Killian got very defensive all of a sudden.
“You listen to me, I’m doing all of this shit to help you, so don’t you get aggravated at me when I ask where you are going” I picked up his shirt and threw it at him.
“You’re helping me, if I recall correctly I came here to save your ass” Killian angrily put his shirt on and stormed over to me not even buttoning it up.
“I didn’t ask you to come to my rescue and you know what it would have been better if you hadn’t of come because then we wouldn’t be here in this situation” I raised my voice and didn’t care that Killian was standing in front of me. Killian just growled and walked past me and up the stairs.

Killian’s POV

She infuriates me, yet I am stuck here because I came to save her. She intrigues me, yet I hate her most of the time. I walked up the stairs and out onto the top deck of my ship and into the darkness that had engulfed the daylight. I needed space from her, from what had just happened. For the first time in a long time we were civilized between each other and normal and it felt too weird. I walked up to the wheel of my ship and ran my hand over the smooth surface and calmed my nerves and my mind. After a few minutes of standing in silence in the dark I huffed a heavy sigh and decided to walk back down to where Delilah was. When I made it down to my room I saw Delilah rummaging through the drawers of clothes and throwing them onto the floor.
“What are you doing?” I asked startling Delilah as she thought I was gone.
“Leaving” She said as she found a shirt she had left here and threw it into a shoulder bag she had found.
“Leaving, because that is a smart decision” I leaned against the door jam and crossed my arms across my chest.
“Not asking for your permission so I really don’t care what you think” She continued stuffing things she found into her bag.
“Delilah, you’re being ridiculous” I pushed myself off the door and walked over to her pulling out the shirt that she had just shoved in the bag, “And this is my shirt” I looked at her with an eyebrow raised and my head tilted slightly to the side.
“I don’t have a lot of clothes in this world, figured I needed at least two shirts” She snatched the shirt out of my hands and stuffed it into her bad, but I could see a hint of color rise in her cheeks.
“Sure I understand, you could have just asked for the one off my back” I smirked and plopped down in the chair next to Delilah. My comment obviously didn’t sit well with Delilah because she turned around and glared at me, “What, I just thought you’d want a warm one” I leaned back in my chair and rested my feet on the desk.
“Goodbye Killian” Delilah finally spoke as she walked out of the room.
“Be safe” I called waving as I smiled at her goofily. I could hear her sigh angrily to herself as she tramped up the stairs and onto the top deck. I listened carefully to her footfalls as they headed for the plank that led down to the docks but I heard her steps stop when she got over my room. I heard a faint voice and then Delilah’s footfalls came racing back towards the stairs, I couldn’t help but smirk to myself.
“I’m not giving you the satisfaction of driving me away” Delilah ran into my room and dropped her back to the ground.
“Well damn, love, I was looking forward to some peace and quiet” I smirked as she stood in the doorway breathing heavily. I could tell she was still very angry me at me but I couldn’t help but get a kick out of it.

Delilah’s POV

I stood near the doorway of the captains quarters looking at Killian with his stupid smirk on his face.
“Do you always have to smirk at everything” I growled as Killian continued to smirk at the fact that I was still angry.
“You should know me by now, smirking is what I’m good at” He shrugged his shoulders and leaned back further in his chair.
“You are so infuriating, do you know that, why can’t you take something seriously for once” I screamed getting more than pissed off at the fact that everything was always a joke to Killian.
“I take things seriously, I told you about the Captain didn’t I?” Killian paused and got up out of his chair, “Don’t act like you know my morals and my personality because I take a lot of things seriously” Killian got up in my face and stood his ground.
“Whatever Killian” I sighed and tried to push Killian out of the way but he didn’t budge, “Move” I demanded but he continued to stand there and wouldn’t move. I glared up at him and placed my hands on his chest and shoved with all my might but Killian just took a step back and then took a step back forward. This time it was Killian that was glaring down at me and I could tell that he was genuinely getting angry.
“Killian, move out of the way” I looked up at him and met his gaze.
“No” Killian said through clenched teeth.
“Fine” I said and began to walk back out of the room but Killian soon grabbed my arm and pulled me back into the room and closed the door with his foot, “What the hell Killian” I grabbed at his hand trying to get him to release me.
“It’s the middle of the night, get some sleep” Killian pushed me towards the bed.
“And what if I’m not tired and don’t want to obey you” I crossed my arms across my chest and tapped my foot on the floor.
“Suit yourself then, but you aren’t leaving this room until its daylight again” Killian walked over to his chair again and took a seat.
“Seriously, now you’re going to keep me in here like I’m a danger to other people” I sat down on the bed and studied Killian’s face, he was beginning to make me worry again.
“It’s for your own good, now get some sleep” Killian closed his eyes and leaned back in his chair. When I felt like he was no longer watching me I got up off of the bed and started for the door, “Go to sleep Delilah” Killian called and I gave up as a slight yawn escaped my lips, I tramped back to the bed and laid down and was asleep before I realized it.

“Wake up Dearie” I heard a voice but I ignored it and rolled over in bed trying to go back to sleep. As I felt myself drifting off to sleep again I was startled by a very loud clapping noise in my ear and I jumped out of bed ready to fight but settled down after I realized that it was just Rumpel.
“Oh, what do you want?” I asked rubbing my eyes and looked at Rumpel with drowsy eyes.
“Time to start with our little plan Dearie” Rumepl jumped off of the desk he was sitting on and walked over to me.
“And what do I have to do?” I asked still not fully awake.
“Make sure Killian and you come to the pub in about five hours and leave the rest to me” Rumpel laughed his eerie laugh and disappeared. I walked back over to the bed and was going to lay back down when Killian walked into the room.
“Good you’re awake” He said as he walked in and grabbed the bag that I dropped last night, “Here put some fresh clothes on and meet me on the top deck, we have some things to discuss” He handed me the bag and walked out of the room. I looked at where Killian had been standing after he left thinking he was in a really good mood compared to last night. I got dressed and did as Killian requested and walked up to the top deck.
“Killian” I called looking around the deck for Killian and when I fond him I walked over t see what he wanted.
“Listen I know things have been odd the past couple days, but we need to get down to business and follow through with our plan so that we can finally get off this island” Killian explained.
“My thoughts exactly” I smiled, “How about we start by going to the pub later on today after we get something to eat” I suggested and Killian agreed, I was deceiving Killian and putting into action both plans in one simple way. I was one step closer to being reunited with the Captain.
