Killian Jones is a notorious pirate that travels the seven seas on his ship the Jolly Roger. He encountered Delilah early in his 'sea days' and when a tragic event happened the two became sworn enemies. Although Hook has been back and forth to Neverland he does stay in the real world for long periods of time. While in the real world it seems that Hook always runs into Delilah and gets into trouble. He is a tall slender man with average muscles, green eyes, and short dark brown hair.

The Captain

The Captain is a man that took in Delilah when she did not have anywhere else to go. He allowed her to be his cook and stay on the ship and see the world. After months of being on the ship and spending time together the two fell in love. The Captain later on allowed Killian Jones, a young soon to be pirate, on board so that he could lear the workings of a ship. During a siege by an enemy ship The Captain was left alone and when Delilah found him she was horrified to watch Killian kill her love.

Delilah Shale/ Captain Black Heart

Delilah Shale is now a ruthless pirate and feared by many as Captain Black Heart. Before she had become a pirate she lived a normal life with her husband and child, but when she was betrayed by her mother and shunned by her husband and father she was left to fend for herself. While working odd jobs she found The Captain and worked for him and fell in love, but her love was soon destroyed when a young 'sea man' came aboard and killed him. Ever since that day she had sworn to hate Killian Jones with everything she had and she would have her revenge eventually.

Madyln/Maddog

Maddog/Madyln is Captain Black Heart's first mate and most trusted friend. She would protect her captain and friend no matter the cost. When Killian Jones reappears in Delilah's life Maddog is not very thrilled by his attitudes towards her friend. Maddog follows her captain wherever she is needed.

Smoke

- Male
Smoke is a crew member of Captain Black Heart and her crew. He is one step down from Maddog as the first mate and is closer to the captain than most of the other crew members. Along with Maddog, Smoke accompanies Captain Black Heart whenever he is needed.
