As we entered the tiger's mouth, I noticed that the place looked ancient. Like, back to the time when Arabian nights was written.
And then I heard screaming. And when I turned, Donald was gone and Goofy was peering into the darknsess.
"Goof…" Sora warned.
"Be care-" I was cut off by Goofy's screams as he too, fell into the hole.
"Ful." I sighed and turned to Sora, "what now?"
"We go ahead and hope that we find them?" He said, as Aladdin also jumped in.
I shrugged and began walking forward, "h-hey, Sora?" I turned around to face him.
"What's wrong?" He asked.
"D-do you smell that?" I asked him.
"Smell what? The muskiness? That’s been there since we entered this place." He said, looking at me confused.
The muskiness. That's exactly what it was, but if I could…smell…
No! I have to test it out before I can come to any conclusions.
"Do you have any gum?" I asked, hopefully.
He tossed me the packet and I shoved a piece into my mouth.
The minty flavor took over my taste buds and I was sure that my face went ghostly white. Someone was going to die.
"M-maybe we should go…" I looked longingly towards the exit.
"Go?" Sora furrowed his eyebrows, "Why would we do that?" he asked.
"I-…never mind" I sighed.
"Okay…let's keep going." He said, squeezing my arm comfortingly.
I nodded and we continued on into the next room.
"Hiya guys!"
We whipped our heads around, searching for the source of the voice.
"Goofy?"
"Hyuk! The one and only!"
"Where are you?" Sora called.
"Up here!" Donald cried.
We looked up to see Donald, Goofy, and Aladdin standing on a platform above us and we immediately jumped up with them.
"So…this is a pretty creepy room…" I said, looking into the darkness.
"Yeah…see that darkness down there? Don't go into it. There's no floor there…" Aladdin sighed, "We would know."
Sora laughed lightly and I looked at the door that led to the next room, "Should we go?"
"What's the rush, Evelyn?" Donald asked.
"Yeah, you've been acting weird since we got here…" Sora said.
"I…."
I have to tell them at some point…
I looked at Aladdin.
But now is not the time. Not when someone else is with us.
"I think I know what's going on…" Goofy said.
My eyes went wide, "Y-you do?"
"Of course!" Donald laughed.
"Wh…what?"
"It must be that time of the month!" Goofy and Donald said together.
I turned bright red and clobbered them both over the head, "YOU ASSHOLES YOU DON'T SAY THAT TO SOMEONE!" I screamed.
"Guess they were right…" Sora whispered to Aladdin who snickered.
"Arrgh!" I huffed, walking alone into the next room where I stopped dead in my tracks.
But not because Sora was calling me and when they caught up, Donald also went wide-eyed.
We were in a room filled with gold and all sorts of treasure.
"It's…" Donald began.
"…Beautiful." I finished for him.
"Uh…guys?" Sora waved his hand in front of my face.
I suddenly snapped out of my trance, "What? Sorry." I said, "Let's go."
We began to walk away but Donald didn't budge.
"You too!" Sora said, grabbing Donald and dragging him with us.
