Lovely. I won't be following the Weeping Angels method though, because that would terrify me and make me think of Amy and Rory. Then I will start crying for an entirely other reason. xD

Have you heard "The Doctor is Dying" by Chameleon Circuit? It's all about "The End of Time." It's talking about the Master and the Time Lords returning, and one of the lyrics is "I don't want to go" twice. And then there's this moment in between the second and third choruses where it plays "The Doctor's Song." I sobbed my way through that entire thing. It was so chilling and brilliant and devastating and ah!

Okay, digressing again. Yes, I do imagine thinking of Jack would make people happy! I'll have to try that next time!

Oh Em Gee. The "I don't want to go" thing makes me tear up too! If I'm about to cry I just try to think of Jack Harkness or the Dalek vs. Cybermen moment. XD
I'm glad you found my article helpful!

This was really helpful! I always write my feelings, and I know blinking makes tears fall (loved the Doctor Who reference, by the way), but I didn't know that un-clenching your jaw would help. I always bite my lip when I'm trying not to cry, too. I would think about David Tennant to try to stop from crying, but then I'd think about the 10th Doctor, and then I'd think about "I don't want to go," and then I'd cry harder. Ah, the complicated life of a fangirl.

    I digress. Great article!
