If you've never bought box macaroni and cheese (if you don't have a favorite brand), then I'd suggest buying Kraft because it's the safest option. But generally, I buy whatever's on sale. Because you're adding in more cheese (and you can add as much as you like), the boxed mac and cheese brand doesn't really matter but you should buy one you like.
This sounds, and looks really good. Is there a certain box of Macaroni and Cheese to use? Like brand, or does it not matter? I think I'll try this some time. Also it's very well written but I'm sure you knew that.
