Ay. 2. But I didn't make the batter from scratch because we didn't have flour. But I made the icing from scratch. Plus I think it's better when you leave out the purple because we really had to stretch it (or maybe my measurements and/or distributing was off).

This is cute. Knowing the backer in me, I just might do this (But probably with homemade cake batter).

I made these today and they came out amazing! :) Only instead I had to use yellow cake mix, and I did purple, pink, green, and blue. And I did a marshmellow frosting instead! I made them for my mom cause it's her birthday and she loved them, and so did everyone else! :) Thanks!

There's a low-fat, lower-carb version of this recipe that's so easy it's funny! (You can double it if you want 2 layers.)
1 Box white cake mix
1 can Sprite Zero
Gel food color

That's it! Make it the same way, and frost with whatever you like!

Whenever I do it, they never look like that! They're always a pastel mess ahah.
