Ugh, can I say that these sounds just beyond delicious?
I’ve always been sort of intrigued by quinoa, and I enjoy it when I try it in dishes at restaurants and the like, but I’ve never actually tried cooking with it because I’ve never had any idea what to do with it, ya know? So I feel like this is definitely going to be my first quinoa dish
I really love that you’ve included a few “super foods” in this dish, but it doesn’t come across as being too healthy and unappealing, if that makes any sense? I’m a huge fan of sweet potatoes in general, and the fact that this recipe highlights them with bomb spices like cumin, curry, and cayenne pepper really makes my day. Truth be told, I will probably add an obnoxious amount of cayenne pepper because I always love a good kick
Fantastic recipe! I cannot wait to try this out in the kitchen
@ Qhuinn I haven't tried any crushed nuts, but you could absolutely do them! I think walnuts actually sound really good. So long as you have some crunchy coating otherwise they can dry out when baking.
These sound so yummy! But Im allergic to seeds :( Have you made them with something other than sesame seeds? do you think a well crushed nut (like cashew or walnut) would taste good?
