The drunk driving laws are a joke in this country. Murder is murder, even if you were intoxicated. It's ridiculous.

The fact that he was drunk poses a rather high potential risk of an accident occuring, but the fact he was even more preoccupied with, ahem, something else didn't help matters. Perhaps, if he was not drunk, he would not have been so excited in the first place, and even if he was, he still could have waited.

The situation's a chain of events, and I believe whole-heartedly that he should have received much more than 8 years in prison. I feel horrible for the mother and wife who had her world ripped away from her because some irresponsible pervert made many bad choices in one night.

That sentence he got was a joke. Eight years for what was, really, murder?

When I first saw the name of this article, I thought it meant that masturbating could make someone pee XD
Anyway, I think the accident was caused less by the masturbating and more by the whole 'driving twice over the legal alcohol limit' thing XD
