Nobody would've ever even known what happened if they didn't sue her over a single sentence.

Sue first ask questions later? Yeah... that's a great way to have your company seen in a positive light.

That company is so stupid. They've just done something that is going to recieve them a lot of bad publicity. So much more than one simple tweet that probably would have stayed in the depth of Twitter had they chosen to ignore it.

If I was Amanda Bonnen, I'd be laughing so hard right now.

How do you clear your name when a single tweet out of the thousands sent each day sarcastically says your apartments suck?

You SUE them, showing you overreact.
You sue them, ensuring this single unnoticed tweet is now making its way through the media, showing your apartments suck.
You justify this by saying "We sue first and ask questions later". Showing you didn't notice how incredibly self-annihilating that is, are unprofessional and pretty dayum silly.

Well done for handling the situation well, Horizon. Good luck with that court case!

That is just ridiculous and we all know it. America is just ridiculous. Obviously, sarcasm isn't a nature anymore and people are just too anal for anything. That's just way too much money for one stupid little remark. WOW! That's just ridiculous.
