Tokio Hotel is a favorite band of mine.

That said, Gustav, like everyone else, is not above the law; if he drove over something blocked off *cough duh*, he should be punished with a ticket atleast. He could have killed someone. Jeez.

Gussi is amazing and its awesome that he's OK. People crash their cars all the time its really not any worse because it was him. Just a thought! :)

you know what,im glad he is ok
but it doesnt matter if he wanted to do it or not
it happened,im sure the car was fine and he knew what he was doing
so the should press the charges no matter what
being a star wont get him out of this one
he may not enjoy trying to kill people.but something could have happened,so he should pay the price so there wont be "next" time like this

Ah! I can't believe it. I'm so happy he's okay though!
As for the charges... if the passengers are fine, they aren't gonna be disabled or anything, and they'll be able to walk home (not literally) with just a few cuts, scraps, and/or bruises then why should he be charged? Apologize and make things are okay with them maybe, but never charge him for something, IF the people in the car were okay too.

It depends on the injuries to other passengers, but as it has not been released that any bodily harm was caused to others involved in the accident then he probably should only be charged with negligent and reckless driving causing damage to public property. He obviously didnt do this because is is masochistic, the guy hardly even speaks to people so I highly doubt his an adrenaline junkie, if it was Bill I would say its possible it was for adrenaline, I mean the guy wants to jump out of a fucking plane! Anyway, back to my point, Gustav should be charged... Celebrity status doesnt make you exempt to the law, its like Winona Rider's shop lifting, you have to be an example to others and therefore have to be held responsible for your own actions.

I agree with dark-skater. I love Gustav and all, but the charges shouldn't be dropped just because he's a drummer in a band. Where would that put the rest of us? Would we all have to become celebrities just to get off the hook if we commit a crime or cause an accident?

He shouldn't be excused, that would just be him getting special treatment 'cause hes a "celebrity". He should get the same charge as any normal person

Honestly, even tho he isn't hurt I'm still heart broken.

But personally I don't think he should be charged, because I mean do you really think he was all like, 'Oh god lets go ram into those two cars and see what happens!'

    I doubt it..

Ugh. The people who are like oh yeah I love him but it was a mistake, blah, blah, blah but I hope he gets better, are freaking pissing me off.

HE'S fine. Your precious little drummer is just dandy. The people that HE hit however, might not be so great. You should probably be more concerned about the people he might have critically injured than his poor wittle head getting a bruise.

    God. Fangirls/boys piss me off.

    He should be charged.
Just because he's a 'celebrity', he shouldn't just get let off.

Ya, of course, he just LOVES trying to kill people!
    That is fuggin ridiculous!
I think he shouldn't be charged unless there are injurys to the other people, then I think he should have to pay for the medical reprocusions.
Other than that, I think they should, obviously, suspend his licence.

Yeah, he should be charged. I kinda feel bad for him, though. I'm sure he didn't intentionally try to hurt anyone. I'm a huge TH fan, but I hate it when celebrities are above the law. Oh well, I hope everything works out for all the people involved.

He should get charged, it was a dumb and reckless move.
But, I am a Tokio Hotel fan, but what he did was pretty idiotic and he risked his life and the others in the car with him as well.
What the Buzznet posted said, that Gustav is a crazed killer, that is just bullshit.
He probably just got inpatient waiting for the tram to go by.
He should get charged, but he isn't so sort of killer.
    IT WAS AN ACCIDENT.

I think he should be charged, and not just because i don't like Tokio Hotel. He almost killed himself and two people. That's serious.

For the people who think Gustav shouldn't be charged just because he is in Tokio Hotel, get a life! If somebody did something so dangerous and stupid, they should be charged. He was harming innocent people, that shouldn't go unnoticed.
