    he should be charged.
i adore tokio hotel, but just because he's in a band,
doesn't mean he should get off criminal charges.
because in all seriousness, it's not that light a charge. :/

I think he should be charged...even if he didn't do it for the thrill it was done out of plain stupidity.

I actually read about this a day or two ago. But as for the charges, he should take them. I have nothing against Gustav, but for anyone else who was involved in a car accident like that they would be charged. Gustav is no different from us and should be treated no differently. Now, if there was a pattern of people who have been in identical situations having the charges against them dropped, then I think he should again be treated like everyone else.

the fact that he didn't enjoy endangering his and others' lives doesn't make him less guilty of driving recklessly. No matter how sorry he may or may not be, he still did it.

No one's superior to the law. If an accident happens and it's his fault, he should be charged.

I don't believe in excusing people just because they're famous. That's not right.

Well, first of all I'm glad he is okay. Tokio Hotel is my favorite band and practically my life so I practically couldn't live life knowing if he didn't survive the car accident.
I really don't believe half of this. Gustav is a nice guy and he's not the person to get pleasure out of killing people. I don't believe he should be charged.

Yeah. I read it on that same site in English. Not enough proof for me though. I'd rather wait until the band makes a statement about it before I pass my judgment...That is actually where I first read about it yesterday.

Where is the proof that this really happened? I want someone to send me PROOF that Gustav really did something stupid like that to tarnish the reputation of the band. Because I, for one, don't believe he would do something like that. First of all, Gustav doesn't even have his license. Tom does, rumor has it that Bill does too. Gustav does not. The EMA's were today as well. Why the hell would he be all the way in Magdeburg when the EMA's were held in the UK? I will not believe a word of that tripe until I either get solid proof that it happened, or the band themselves come out with a statement. Those of you that are TH fans should be ashamed of yourselves for believing it before the band has had their say. It's like with the rumors of Bill being gay that went around. Bill himself said that he knows most of their fans will always wait for a statement from the band before jumping to conclusions about rumors. So there you have it. I wont believe a word of it until it is proven to have happened.

Like everyone else seems to think, I believe he should be charged. Famous people shouldn't be let off - it's not going to help, is it?

He should be charged, just like anyone else would be. Why should he get special treatment just cause he famous. Don't me worng I love TH but that was a potentially fatal thing he did. He needs to be charged.

Yeah, it may be true that he doesn't want to harm himself or others, but he still should be punished for what he did. There are loads of people who have done similiar things and have to pay for what they did. Just because he is famous doesn't mean he should get away with it. He needs to learn a lesson, and needs to learn to pay more attention to what he's doing while driving. I'm pretty sure the people he hit thinks the same thing. If he caused damage to their vehicles or to their bodies, they just might sue him for it, and I have to say that it is deserved.

Gustav did something wrong. I don't know what got into him. I think he should be charged. I'm an avid fan of the band, and I really care for all of them, but I think to charge him is what's right. I just hope he doesn't do this again. Scares the crap out of me. :[
