Honestly, Gustav should be charged as much as I love his and Tokio Hotel. I'm basically with xXKittiRocksXx on this one, although I haven't lost anyone to a car accident yet.

Bad Gustav! -Slaps Gustav in the Face-

As big a Tokio Hotel fan as I am, I honestly do believe that Gustav should be charged with negligence. I am really strict on safety while driving since I've lost two of my closest friends in car accidents. Obviously the accident wasn't life threatening but I honestly have no sympathy for stupidity. Call me a bitch, but that's how I think. Gustav and his friends (and the people in the other two cars) could have really been hurt. You only get one life and I'm all for living it to the fullest, but you do have to stop and think. And seriously, the tracks were already blocked for God's sake!!

    I love Gustav....but...
Seriously, what was he thinking when he got behind the wheel?
    This is why I don't drive..period.
I just went to a funeral for two girls younger then me who died in a car wreck with two other girls plus killing another woman in the other car they hit and an unborn child.
I don't want to hear about another person getting into a wreck....Ugh...

And I read about his accident on Perez. He really doesn't like our boys...so I choose to ignore anything Perez says about them.
    But yeah, that's just me.

It sucks and I highly doubt he enjoyed it but if anyone else had done that, they'd be charged. So should he. Charged for negligence doesn't mean it was voluntary, it means it was your fault. He drove across the road and possibly could've killed other people.

    I agree with whatthefrench:

He should be treated the same way any other person would be treated. And that means that he's going to be charged with negligence.

Fact of life. You make a mistake driving, it's a matter of life or death. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore Gustav, but you still have to pay for your mistakes.

He made a mistake, people have to learn to accept that.
I love him with all my heart and hope he heals quickly.

I really highly doubt that he did this on purpose.
I love Tokio Hotel. But he should still get the same charges as everyone else. Being famous is never a good excuse.

This is crazy o.o I thought some serious drama had gone down, and I only saw them live not even a month ago! I doubt he's a masochist but if he caused an accident he shouldn't be exempt from some kind of punishment, even though I love everyone in the band to death.

And I love your title. But I think it should be

"Potentially Fatal Accident in Germany, but Don't Worry. The Famous Drummer is A-O.K. No Word on Anyone Else in the Accident. They're Just Not as Important. "

I think he should be charged with negligence.

Just because he is famous, does not mean he shouldn't recieve the same punishment as a everyone else.

And I don't think the people he hit care that much about a "blonde" moment, or that he's famous.

I think Gustav had a blonde moment and the charges aren't a bad idea.
