If you were going to spend tons of money on clothes I would hope it would at least be for something cute. A & F's clothes are so boring and cheap. Invest in a Lucky Brand shirt or True Religion jeans.

Abercrombie and Fitch employees look you up and down as you enter and if you're not good enough in their eyes they'll say nothing. If you are they cheerfully ask if they can help you. A&F=Disgusting.

I boycotted Abercrombie and Fitch because of how they treated people. They were also sued by a girl who they wouldn't hire because she was "too fat". I don't want to go in the store, I live in Ireland where there is no A&F stores but I visit America frequently to visit family and I went shopping there once just to see the guys working there had no shirts on! Whilst they were very good looking, personally, I found that too creepy to go into the shop that is more like a host club than a shop. Also, I don't like the clothes and never have. The first time I saw someone wearing A&F I was ten and their shirt was "new" but I had shirts older than that in better condition, so I sniffed and told them it looked like, "Abercrummie and bitch-you-got-scammed" to me. Even at ten I knew better than to like crap clothing. kohl's all the way ^_^ :P

And yes: Hot Topic is just as expensive but Hot Topic really doesn't make the prices. The bands/movies/books/ect... do. The reason the prices are so expensive is because the books/movie/bands have to get a cut. And Hot Topics stuff is made with better quality material and THEY HAVE BETTER SERVICE!

Wow. Hot Topic and Abercrobie being compared. Thats just odd. I used to hate both stores, but rather than advertising a store i advertise a band while wearing my clothes i get at Hot Topic. Hot Topic has clothes i can actually fit into. I can actually see what my clothes look like since it isn't darkly lit. Also most of my shirts at hot topic have lasted me almost forever, especially when i get the "boys" t-shirts.

You think those prices are ridiculous? Please. Evidently you've never set foot in Jack Wills.

I see where you're getting at. The employees at A&F are very arrogant acting, and the prices are ridiculous.
I've never liked that store, and probably never will.

My friend's brother got fired from Abercrombie for not folding a shirt fast enough!

I mean, i wear the stuff. At first we all thought everything was cute because it was classic vintage style. But its not so classic when 3 different stores have THE SAME shirt pants and necklace, just with a different color or label.

Never liked Abercrombie, and I think fate's being kind by shutting them down. I hope they go out of business and collapse.

Who would honestly pay fifty dollars for a tee shirt? I find that completely absurd. I've got far better things to spend my money on.

Great job on the article. I have one shirt form there. I got it at Plato's closet for 6 dollars. The original price was 42 dollars. Its outrageous and the employees don't work they stand there. It's superficial and awful. I don't like it.

    Jesus.
Ok, I have some stuff from A&F, but hearing about things like this makes me never wanna walk through that store's doors again.

And yes. When I first went there, I assumed that it was a little more expensive than some other stores because maybe the quality was better.
    Hell no.

And that is one of the reasons I have not and will not ever shop in that store. I just knew there was something wrong with the company when my best friend first introduced me to the store. I'll stick to my cheap Wet Seal and Ross. It's just as good and you can get name brand stuff for twenty dollars or under. I mean, it's not like I don't indulge in a couple of pairs of pants or a few tees from Hot Topic or a Juicy bracelet every now and then, but I'd rather keep my money for something important.

This is a really good article. Good job, hun.
