Most people, including me, who smoke, smoke because it's ADDICTIVE, not because we think it's ''badass''.

My one friend recently just started smoking for some stupid reason, now i have all these things to tell him, maybe he will see sense.

There are worse things out there. My dad smokes, has been for about 3 years. And he hasn't been diagnosed with anything. And he also looks pretty damn good for his age (in my opinion)..He doesn't smell like smoke either. He is a rather clean person :) I have really no problem with smokers, They want to smoke, go for it. And it is actually a calming for the nerves, believe it or not. ;o But idk...You seemed kind of immiture with the article, but maybe its just me :]

My mom smokes all the time and I hate it, she's trying to have another kid but it's not working out much, everyone thinks that it's because she smokes. But good article.

D: I'm actually a smoker, but don't offend anyone who smokes. It's childish to call them disgusting, and I get OUTRAGED by the fact that when I smoke away from people, these fat women with their children yell at me going "DON'T YOU FUCKING DISGUSTINGLY NEAR MY FUCKING CHILDREN!" And they say I'm a bad influence? Look at the mothers, they yell cusses at me, and I get really pissed.

Anyways, this was very well-written and I have to say smoking is quite bad .

But I stil look young whereas I'm smoking :]

So yeah, smoking has some pros, actually.
-Makes people concentrate better
-Money from tax money is made up most of cigarette and cigar taxes, sadly. THey make up a lott of the amenity bills.
-Many people have jobs working in tabbaco companies, and earn money to support themselves.
I find it quite hard that smoking has a good side, but it's my peference.

Very informative article, well done. I hate smoking and I would never try it, but for some reason the characters in my stories are always smokers haha. And I do admit that, even though smoking is bad for them, I love the way The Redwalls smell: like mad ciggs. But yeah, smoking is disgusting, especially when you get old. Eww.

I swear, nearly EVERY kid at my school smokes. I've ben telling them this for ages, but once again they just think I'm out of the loop or a loser.
Ha, it's rad I look sexier than them in the future. ^_^
