    It just reminds you that this can happen anywhere in the world.
    If it matters at all, I'm from Germany..

    It just shows you that it's not your fellow peers you should be afraid of.
    The kids you shun because they're too 'nerdy' or too different.

    There's the kids who have graduated, as well.
    Broaden your fearful horizon.
    Doubt others than just your peers.

    We read about this in my German class today. It's such a tragedy when something like this happens because the kid shouldn't have needed to shoot people to prove something...

    One kid in my class just said, "They're just like us."
    (Probably in reference to Columbine, Virginia Tech, ect...)
    But, yeah. It shows that kids everywhere can do things like this.
