Dude. Seriously. Who believes that? First off, if Hell does exist, I'm damn sure it's not inside the earth. Those could be random recordings of random things.
..Ah right, before any you go skipping off to church, I'd like you all to realize that this actually WAS a hoax.
I researched this and its an urban myth thats been going on for decades.

It even made it on Wikipedia.
interesting but who says that it's actual sounds of humans or those that are caught in this supposed 'Hell'. Maybe within the earth there are sounds that are made that we associate with things up here.
But even if there is a hell you'll have to prove that there is a heaven, and a purgatory as well, before I'll believe.
I agree with Naida Propaganda.
Record Heaven too.
I mean come on, wind whistling through a window makes a moaning sound like a ghost and freaks people out even though it's just the wind.
If you think it's supposed to sound like something, it'll sound like it.
It's all in the mind people!!!!!
What a load of bull.
I don't believe it at all.
I agree with what Rick Astley says about the equipment and stuff. Very true!
And I also agree with what Crimson Moon says.
Until they can prove that heaven and hell exist, which they never will, and provide solid evidence, I won't believe a thing.
It's so fake!
That's my view anyways.
I'll admit that when I heard the recording, a little bit of pee came out. But I have a few points to make -
These 'super sensitive' microphones where lowered into a hole that had a temprature of over 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. That's pretty motherfucking hot and I'm surprised any microphone could function properly in a condition like that. Although, should the microphone have actually functioned (I'm not sure how advanced and heat-proof it was.) this WOULD explain the poor quality of the sound.
Super-sensitive microphones like that are not designed to record a lot of noise like normal ones. If this WAS hell, all the noise at once would also contribute to the poor quality of sound.
However, being the core of earth and all, it was most likely just the sounds of the Teutonic plates moving and shifting around as they are always doing.
Either way, you must admit, creepy stuff. I'll be going to church this Sunday...
Intersting article. I'm a firm Christian and believer in Heaven and Hell, but I doubt that it'd be in the core of the earth. Whatever tools they would be using would have probably burned into ashes. I didnt bother listen to the audio.
like hell im going to believe any of that bull crap. untill i can see the hole (and maybe push someone in it) then ill believe it (and i don't mean a pic of it either). even if that was hell it doesn't seem that bad; just think about it it could aways be worse.
I listened to the recording... shit, it sounds... very, very... bad.
But, I think I'm gonna wait a little while longer to see if any more new stuff pops up.
Ack.
I read that and it scared me (the picture didn't help lol)
But, I don't really think that (if there is a hell) that its in the center of the earth.
That's kinda like saying heaven is up in the clouds.
I'm just saying, I think (if there is either) that they're more like in another dimension. Or whatever.
If you've read Dean Koontz Moonligh Bay series (mostly the second one) you might understand what I'm getting at.
Honestly, i'm christian and what not. But, I don't find that scary, I mean i'm not like wow I know i'm going to heaven so i'm not scared.....its not like that at all....its just not scary.
