To me, I don't care about the amount of people she decides to date, its obviously completely up to her. But, what I take issue with is the short-winded, unhealthy way these relationships seem to go and how she advertises this to young girls. I mean, I dont read alot of pop media but from what I can gather she seems to get with and leave these men all the time and her music comunicates this. It's really unhealthy. If she was getting with these men and leaving them in a more casual manner then I wouldn't care, but when shes with who shes with its all there is to her and when she breaks up with them she just goes into melt dowm. To me its part of the problem which is causing young people to think that a relationship is absolutely everything one ever needs in their life, especially to girls. Relationships are not all people think they are and I wish celebrities such as her would show this. I suppose in a way one could say that she does - But thats until the next man and then her life revolves around him. It makes women look stupid and dependent on a man. Alot of female celebrities do this and thye irritate me equally. (lol)

This entire thing just makes me wonder what our world has come to that it is so important for two celebrities to have the confirmation of their fans to date someone. Don't get me wrong I'm not really for Haylor, but hey whatever floats their boat. I just find it amazing that our generation has come to think that they deserve a say in who their idols date and that they think they can judge who is best for them to date. It's totally insane that fan bases think they deserve to say 'yay' or 'nay' when it comes to their idols dating. I love one direction but I don't think I would ever be personally offended at who they dated.

Lol, no I didn't hear about that; I don't have Facebook so I'm pretty much unplugged, haha. That sucks. It makes me so sad to see him just kill himself every day. I hope he gets it together before it's too late, I really do. I'm sick of losing musicians, you know? =( Max would certainly be a loss.

Aww. Yeah, I miss him. I became a fan the year he died; so some would say that I don't appreciate him as much as other fans. But that's really not true. I miss him as much as anyone else. And I'm sorry, because you looked up to him and stuff. Losing musicians is like losing your best friend sometimes <3

Oh.. You didn't hear/read?... Max isn't part of TNBK anymore.. They announced it on their Facebook page a while ago. Him and Brent left, though I think Brent left before him. We don't know what is going on with him... I really hope it's not drugs again... But, they are currently working on an album, just not with Max. Unless he rejoined and I just haven't seen anything lol.

Yeah, I'm the same way with The Rev, he is my true hero, I look up to him, even to this day. I had a crush on him too, but it never went farther than that. I could never be like those type of fans.

I can't wait for his new band, The Natural Born Killers. I wish they'd just make an album already, haha. And yeah, I used to have a bit of a crush on him when I started listening to Escape the Fate, but he's really more of an inspiration to me, someone I look up to and admire. I never seriously believed I was going to marry the guy xD

Yeah, every fandom has those crazy people, you can't go anywhere on the internet or in the real world without seeing it.
I'm a huge fan of Max Green too. My sister is like in love with him, and she'll joke around about marrying him, but she never means it.

It's okay to do that, but to seriously believe you are married or going to marry them is just...creepy. haha.

    But just think...
When they break up... A new single will be out. And it'll be about him..
I don't even listen to that kind of music. I just though the title was funny.

Oh yes, I agree. It's not just the popular band fans that do it. I know some of the bands *I* listen to; it's hard to be a fan because everyone else who is a fan is a fangirl. -.- Hence the reason I don't avertise I'm a fan of Max Green >.>

It happens with every fandom. Avenged Sevenfold, My Chemical Romance, Black Veil Brides, Justin Bieber, LOL, etc. You have those fan girls/guys who think they are secretly together with the band members, and they get all jealous and pissy because they are either married or in a relationship, it's bullshit. I never saw a point in it.
No matter how much us normal fans bitch about it, it'll never go away, you will always have those fan girls/guys who will fuck everything up for us hahah

You have a point. =3 Every genre has what the fans want to hear, and the bands/artists make music that conforms to that idea.

Hmm. All of her stories are kind of dark, there's always some sort of unfortune in them. "Scars Don't Heal When You Keep Cutting" is good, but it's just slash sex, haha.

Like I said though, it's in just about every time of music. Yes, I will agree it's in pop more, but it's still in every other genre, more or less. Doesn't make a genre singing about it "immature" though.

And I think they only sing about what's mainstream because that's what the generations they're appealing to mostly want to hear. If 1D started singing about drugs and drinking and getting hoes, do you think they'd have the fans they do? No. Would they be as big and famous and rich, so to speak, as they are? No. It's what the pop followers, if you will, want to hear. It's what makes money.

So which story do you recommend? Something not too dark, if you catch my drift...

Yes, but I hear it in pop most especially. I listen to mainly metal, indie, underground stuff because it's not about the mainstream crap that you've heard over and over. I don't mind hearing about love, but there's more to life than relationships. I like having music to reflect that.

Hehe >) I liked "Only Pretty On The Outside" and some of her smut stories. It's probably been a year since I read her stuff, she makes me jealous as all hell with her mad skills -.-

No worries, I can't either. Ooh I read "The Distance Can't Haunt Us Anymore" a tad mushy but sometimes you can't afford to be picky.

I think every genre sings about relationships though, not just pop. Rockstars, metal artists, rap stars. No, none of them sound the same, but if you listen, they do. Maybe not about ex's or anything, but relationships/love in general. I don't think that makes the genre "immature" or anything though, if they're doing what every other genre does.
