I tell people when they get in my car that it is my car and I'll listen to whatever music I want since I am driving, however if they ask me nicely I'll change it since I'm aware that not many people, around where I live, like japanese/korean music or heavy rock. Almost every kind of music has some kind of meaning.

Exactly. You wouldn't believe the amount of people that make fun of me because I like country music. It's sad that in my own car, people change my music because "country sucks" and because "country has no meaning." It's just pathetic how judgmental society is. I was hoping we were moving away from it. Even for something as simple as music.

Genius. Seriously. Even if absolutely no one likes a band, the musicians still like their music. There is music out there for everyone, but people are too set on telling others what they should or should not listen to.

I had some friend who would get offended when I'd listen to German music. Like... what even? How is it offensive when you don't even know the lyrics? And just because you can't understand what they're saying doesn't mean they aren't say something. lol
