    I've had that but it was actual plagerism. Someone copied my Andy Biersack / Chris Motionless / Gerard Way and poorly copied my own in their own words.

    I have done that with a few MCR ones tho.. trying to do something unique and then found the same story but with a different pairing.

    I haven't come across anything that had something noticeably familiar to my stories. I have seen small details that were vaguely familiar, or a character is kind of similar to my own. I didn't copy them or the other way around.

    I know stuff like that is going to happen. The English language only has so many words, and there are only so many ways to arrange them. There's bound to be something similar. The only thing I can thing of to do is make it feel like your own like with writing style, description, or whatever else you can think off.

    I've come across it, people who have commented on my work only to shortly start posting "their" work which is all but a carbon copy. It's frustrating as hell and belittling, on top of insulting. Anyone who thinks it's a compliment or flattery has clearly never had their work stolen from them.
